Always nice to be here, solo traveler or with family. Comvenient, clean and with good service

Super noisy room, uncomfortable and there’s no time at the day that you have sun on the swwiming pool, that’s so sad because is always in the shadow and the water is cold. So make impossible to swin. Also there’s a turbulation sound that’s not allow you to sleep, we changed room but the noisy is everywhere. The location is horrible in a noisy avenue dirty and ugly

The hotel was impeccable. The room was spacious and clean .The bed was comfortable and the bedding was squeaky clean.Quiet location, easy access to for taxis and bikes ,and lots of local amenities. Staff were excellent, very helpful and kind. A

First of all, the flight was canceled by the airline due to a defect in the aircraft. So it became difficult to use it on that date, and usually in such cases, other hotels would cancel, but Chillax Resort was the only one that absolutely could not. It's not repect for the customer so I felt uncomfortable. Fortunately, I was able to use it because the date was changed, but it took me 4 or 5 times to get it. In the case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, cancellations are required, but the hotel lacks such flexibility, so I gave it a 1 for service. This hotel is good for accessing Khaosan Road, but its infrastructure is not as good as other areas. So, for this price, I recommend choosing accommodations in other areas.

We loved this hotel so much last year we came back again! Friendly staff, most of who we recognised from last year and a great location a short walk from Khao San Road. Quieter area but still some restaurants and shops a minute walk from the hotel. The pool on the roof top is amazing and the breakfast delicious. Easy walk to the Phra Arthit pier for the tourist boat or the local bus stops. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options to choose from. Would highly recommend this place to stay.

Lovely anniversary stay at Chillax resort. Very helpful staff and smooth check in and out. Convenient location, close proximity to restaurants, shops and khao san road, although not near any public transport stations. We enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room and the rooftop pool. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet area nearby busy tourist spots.

Great service, clean room. Clear communication. Clean pool. 100% would recommend. Location is great, especially because I was travelling alone. Was easier to get around and walk about.

I recently stayed at Chillax Bangkok and have mixed feelings about my experience. First, I noticed that the hotel only provides a transfer service from Suvarnabhumi Airport, which was inconvenient since they refused to pick us up from Don Mueang Airport. However, I must commend the check-in process; it was smooth and efficient with no issues at all. One significant concern was the persistent smell of mold in the room. Despite attempts to air it out, the odor barely improved, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the room itself, complete with a bathtub, was quite spacious. The location of the hotel is convenient for reaching the city center, but I felt that the surrounding area did not match the hotel's quality. On a brighter note, the breakfast provided was excellent, truly a highlight of my stay. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, such as the breakfast and the spacious room, improvements could certainly be made regarding the transfer service and room conditions.

Liked the swimming pool on the roof. The local area is nice and quiet too 😊 Service was ok and the bedroom was fine but nothing special.

The jacuzzi in the room was a plus, though it was rather grimy and I had to specifically ask it be cleaned. The breakfast was okay though the coffee ordinary. The chap arranging taxis was unable to understand even basic English and quoted very inflated prices, other staff were wonderful. The floor of the pool floor was extremely slippery and felt unsafe. A very touristy location and a little out of the way for many things. I was booked to return for a further 3 nights but cancelled.

Nice small hotel in the old town. Quiet neighbourhood only 10 minute walk from the nearest riverboat pier or crazy nightlife at Khao San road. A few good inexpensive restaurants and laid back bars on the doorstep.

The hotel is in a quiet, relaxing location not far from Khaosan road and tourist attractions. The room is big, the bathtub is nice. The aircon is a bit loud but good sleep with earplugs. The only minus is slow check in and dirty water in the pool. Otherwise, recommended.

This is our first time to visit Bangkok together…The Chillax Resort Hotel which location near in Khaosan Road are really good location for us to take some oldify pictures and the feel of the local Thai people….The Hotel also clean,they have a good spot of swimming pool also…The breakfast was great only a little not so Asian food…Those few days we eat seems like more into Indian taste instead of Thai cuisine,but they have bread and some salad to enjoy as well….And the only one thing we don’t really feel comfortable about it was the toilet…the shower in the bathtub a little bit mess cuz the water drain everywhere on the floor…
