Lobby is located at level 7. If order grab must ask them send to level 7 which most of them doesn't want to 😂 Room is not super clean. I saw hair and dust at the sink when check in. Bedsheet got stain even I ask for housekeeping daily. Room is also dated already, is time to for some upgrading. I never opt for breakfast so not sure. Location is definitely the best since is opposite platinum mall. There is a new Big C opposite too but very small.

Not my first, and won’t be my last time staying at this hotel. Location: walking distance to popular shopping malls like Central world, Big C and platinum mall. There are wholesale market and many massage parlours just below the hotel, along the street. Room: spacious, clean and comfy. Cost: value for money Highly recommended.

Amazing stay, the room was decorated and they even provided a little cake knowing it was a special trip for us. The location of the hotel was the best, cross the overhead bridge to Platinum Fashion Mall, which is linked to the R-Walk. The R-Walk connects you to CentralwOrld, Big C, Siam Paragon and many other malls. All walking distance! No more sitting in heavy Bangkok traffic.

Had a pleasant stay. Convenient to go around and shopping. Just right across Platinum Mal. A lot of street vendors surrounding the hotel

Checkin was smooth though they're very strict about adherence to the in and out times. Location is great though the construction made traffic bad. Zero halal food at the hotel so all meals had to be outside with limited choices for local halal food. Staff made a nice welcome for my wife's birthday which we really appreciated. Staff super nice and helpful. Everyone was great. Room was relatively clean, lots of TV channels. Bed is comfy. AC only had low medium and high, temperature control non-existent. Luckily it was set to freezing so you would switch it on in the day and off at night. The only thing we didn't really lke was the access to the bathroom. It was a sliding wooden door with a huge gap. And the strange other thing was the closet would open into the bathroom. So smells would waft into the room from the door and closet. Avoid the 6th floor massage place, hurts more than it helps.

I have been stayng this many times and it never fail me. The location is so good as it is near to shopping malls and there is alot of street food and shops around. the hotel staffs is very nice and helpful.

Honestly, just book it. Best stay ever! 🙌✨ I’m on such a high from our stay at Vela Dhi Glow Pratunam that I just had to shout it from the rooftops. If you’re heading to Bangkok, seriously, look no further. This place is an absolute gem. First of all, the reception staff? Total rockstars. From the moment we checked in, they treated us like royalty but with the warmest, most genuine vibes. They are SO good at actually listening to guest requests and making things happen without any fuss. Right from the start, they hit us with their amazing amenities—specifically, their unlimited fresh welcome drink. Trust me, after walking around in the Bangkok heat, walking into that lobby and having access to that delicious, ice-cold drink is easily one of the best perks ever. It instantly refreshed us every single time. The real game-changing moment, though, was on our last day. We wanted to do one massive, final shopping run before leaving, and the staff didn't even blink when we asked them to hold onto all of our heavy luggage. Because of them, my wife and I got to tear through the malls completely hands-free without dragging bags around. It made the whole day so much fun instead of a logistics nightmare. The hotel itself is just stunning and everything feels super fresh and modern. Also, a random but massive plus: their ironing service is incredible. My clothes were looking pretty sad and wrinkled from the suitcase, but they got everything looking crisp and perfect so fast. It’s rare to find a hotel where the staff genuinely seems to care about your trip, but these guys nailed it. Huge thank you to the team—you guys made our trip fantastic.
