The hotel is near to the morning market, finding halal food is very easy

Only 1 staff in the reception. Lobby is also empty, no one is there, no bell boy available. Baiyoke sky hotel nearby is much better than this. Windows are dirty so can’t enjoy the view. No dental kit provided by the hotel.

Booked this place for my parents as it's very near to a morning market that they love and located near an MRT station as well! This is our next best option when baiyoke sky gets a little too pricey!

We have a group group and besides getting a big room, I gotten this room for my wife and myself. The location was central and very near to Central. We are very happy with the room.

3 Nights stay at this hotel is so-so. Friendly staff and convenient location. Bus A3 to the airport is just outside the hotel. However, i find that this hotel is stingy. They provide only bottled shampoo, no body wash. You have to use the hand bar soap to shower. Toothbrush is available upon request. No bedroom slippers. Room lights aren’t bright. Worse of all, they collect 3,000THB deposit upon check-in.

It was a good hotel before COVID. Heard from the nearby tailor that the hotel changed hands and it has become almost a ghost town. Other than it being near the morning market and train station, the hotel is quite terrible. The pillow case wasn’t that clean. Expected a breakfast buffet for the premium paid, but served the same everyday. Drinks not refillable. Extra butter 10 baht, extra jam 10 baht. Called room service for extra water, they ask you to go 7-11 to buy it else extra 70 baht. Omg what a terrifying experience. Extra $$$ at everything you are trying to ask for. Despite paying already, have to pay 6000baht security deposit at check in too.

I don't recommend the Indra Regent Hotel. The service there is really poor. So unsatisfied.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in previous years.And it was very good. However my recent stay wasn't as good. Example, the buffet breakfast used to be excellent, now it's a chicken sausage and toast with coffee.And you eat in the lobby.at a choice of 4 tables.The old and very nice dining room is closed permanently I was told,due to covid.(that was over more than 2 years ago) So in a few words the Indra has deteriorated terribly. I won't stay there again.

Trying out this hotel, easy to get to by train from airport. Good location but the breakfast was only average and limited. Good for shopping as many shops walking g distance.

Booked the hotel for my colleagues, acceptable as it's near to event venue.

Breakfast need to improve.

The front desk on 4 th floor not open 24 hours. Bell man call a taxi for me but the price was $500
