Very nice place. Clean easy to go Chinatown. 711,Lotus Massage shop. I will come back again.

Location was ok. Bad was the nearest mrt was far about 15-20 minutes walk. Along the way you got a 200 bath for 1 hour massage. Quite a number of foods to eat nearby. 2 lotus supermarket. Can walk to Chatuchak for 30 minutes. Nearest to don mueng airport highway. But noisy will be the next to highway and many ambulances driving past. At times can smell people smoking went into the room though it suppose to be non smoking room are. Staff good and friendly.

Spacious room with nice decoration and smell of cigarette even non smoking sign is placed in the room. Located on the main road so noisy from traffic is expected for sure for whole day and night. Don't know why they put dirty duvets in the room cabinet. Many restaurants and streen side stalls are nearby and 2 convenient stores. WIFI is ****** !! Can't download anything even one photo in facebook !!

Took the corner suite and the Bathroom was Amazing. only down side to it is they use cable TV instead of Netflix

A good hotel to stay only. A bit far from public transport and restaurants. Breakfast is just normal, not a lot of choices.

Service is excellent & well manner. There are motorcycle stop next to the hotel. So is easy access to everywhere without worrying of traffic jam with motorcycle. Convenient stores & cafe are around the corner too.

The place not really clean, when you move the bed a lot of dust, one of the thai guy very rude , on duty march 12, time 11:30 at night he is very rude but other is very nice, the curtains dirty, a lot of mosquitoes, Hope you can improve, not only for me , for other guest too

M2 is near airport and restaurants. Most of the restaurant provide the low price

Place ok. Just stayed there for a few hours in the morning after a long trip. However, I’ve never experienced such a low quality in service from the hotel staff at the reception. I arrived in the early morning with a private driver (clearly noticeable that I am certain about this place) and got instantly rejected with the words “no rooms”. When I said I booked already a room, he further didn’t listen and just repeated “no room, no rooms. You need to leave.” This was more than rude. When I showed him my booking confirmation, he looked at it without reading, took out google translate and tells again “no room, you need to leave”. I emphasized to look at the booking and then he suddenly was friendly. My girlfriend was already in the room as she arrived before from another place. I told the receptionist then to please give me a key card so that I don’t have to wake her up. He said, I should knock on the door. I emphasized that she is sleeping and should not be woken up. As if he has no brain at all, he turned around, picked up the phone and called the room to wake my girlfriend up. What was going on here? This is the worst trained staff of a “4 star hotel” I’ve ever had. Every Airbnb host or even child without training in hospitality would have more understanding in how to welcome a guest and how to deal with the situation. My girlfriend told me that the staff also didn’t take her luggage to bring it to the room for her. Again: This is an absolute horrific service and the hotel should not call itself any star hotel with such staff. An investment in the training of the staff would be probably better than in renovation. For me absolutely clear that I would not come there again, as I felt zero welcomed as a guest. Better get another hotel. I can highly recommend Parso. 👍🏽👍🏽 top service, top facilities, top rooms and location.
