Room was big and condition a bit old. Location was perfect with BTS, MRT and T21 Mall within short walk. Lots of amenities nearby. Aircon was preset at 25-26 degrees and was not adjustable. Took a long time to cool down the room. Spent 4 nights there and the aircon was leaking water on the last night. Technician came to repair and set the temperate to 22-23 degrees to stop the leak. Had to wait for housekeeper to come clean up the water

They were an hour late giving me a room for check in so they gave me a late checkout which was nice of them…. But yeah… the room was even more of a death trap than the first room I had booked but the location was too good so I stayed again. Haha. Not for the unbalanced or dopey… those floorboards will have you tripping everywhere!!!!

The floors were Horrible. Hotel needs updating, and Microwave wave in every room.
Restaurant needs larger menu.
No Refund Policy needs changing.
I accidentally booked on the wrong night and cost me a full night’s charge. Because would not refund.
For that reason may not stay again.

The hotel is conveniently located between NANA and ASOK BTS - both just a few minutes walk away. There're eateries, night market and convenience stores located in the vicinity. However, the hotel's amenities seemed relatively rundown, with inconsistent water temperature and pressure. Additionally, the sound proofing isn't the most ideal so you could hear your neighbours whenever they open or close their doors. Nonetheless, the service staff does their best in housekeeping. Would be a good stay for short trips.

1) The water supply was very hot and this was very difficult to adjust.
2) The internal finish was old without refurbishment.
3) Cash was required for deposit. This is extremely old fashion and can catch up the model world. This is to improve accordingly.
4) There was no towel to provide in swimming pool.

The location is good for BTS. The I room had has wrapped vinyl floor tiles, it's not pleasant to walk and tiles tend been chipped, wear the slippers to protect yourselves. The air-con is preset at certain angle that is super annoyed. I had to manually adjust the swing angle facing to the bed every time I return, you know Bangkok is hot.

Overall, this is a nice hotel located in a lively area, and the rooms are both clean and comfortable. A thoughtful touch is the inclusion of an umbrella in the room, which is handy if you need it. The room service was satisfactory for my needs.
However, the biggest drawback is the subpar service. The staff generally seemed unfriendly and rarely smiled.
One incident stood out in particular involving a staff member named 'Bing' (according to him, though he wasn't wearing a nametag). He shouted at me aggressively as I was about to enter the lift, calling out, 'Hello, you come over here.' When I clarified if he was speaking to me, he sternly replied, 'Yes, you.' His tone was unnecessarily harsh, especially as I was a calm and respectful guest. While I understand he may have been doing his job, his manner felt more like an interrogation than hospitality. It was embarrassing and brought shame to me and my friend and felt completely uncalled for. I don’t expect staff to always smile—I know the job can be tiring—but a polite tone should still be maintained. After all, I was a guest and in no way acting out of line or showing aggression. Totally ruined my experience.
The check-in process was also quite slow, and I found the 1,000 baht deposit requirement to be unnecessary.
There were a few other minor issues: no toothbrushes were provided, the shower gel wasn’t refilled when used up, and the shower temperature was difficult to regulate, staying more on the hot side. Additionally, the lifts were slow and the buttons seemed poorly maintained.
Despite these shortcomings, the hotel’s location and amenities are excellent. I would recommend it for those reasons, though be prepared for a less-than-welcoming reception experience. That said, the housekeeping and breakfast staff were much friendlier, greeting guests with a smile and a warm 'good morning,' which made for a pleasant contrast.
