I like the fact that there is welcome drink and check out snack. Service has been good. The only setback is they do not provide toothbrush and tooth paste hence do remember to buy if not they will charge 50 baht for the toothbrush and tooth paste.

Service is impeccable, but the room is really small and crowded even for couples. Quite a distance from bts, no other facilities but for the price I think you get what you paid for.

Bad experience with the male (big size) receptionist. Doesn’t allow me to have 2 room cards. Stating that I can leave my only room card in the room (keeping the room cool) and go out. And he will get someone to open my room whenever I’m back. Waste of manpower and over promised. Next day gotten the second card from the female receptionist.
Day before checking out, the male receptionist advised me to check out at 5am as my flight was at 8am, stating there will be traffic jam. Need an hour for travelling. At 6am, there was hardly any traffic. I reached airport in 25 minutes. This male receptionist is over exaggerating and putting stayer in fear.

Enjoyed our stay in corner room, it is good location and nearby night market. Enjoyed street food and bars around but you won't hear outside noise from the hotel. Oneoo centre is just around the corner also where you can order Tom Yum Kung.

The services provided were excellent, and the staff very nice and friendly
. The hotel was impeccably clean, with well-maintained facilities that made my stay even more enjoyable.Highly recommend !

Loved the location, right by pratunam market and with two massage place next door. The rooms are clean enough and the housekeeping was alright. Service at the front desk is great as well! Loved the check in drinks and check out dessert! Will consider this place again when I come to Bkk again!

After reading so many reviews, i decided to try this hotel as i am travelling with kids. Upon checking in, we were welcome by a drink and that is very refreshing. The rooms was very clean and neat upon going into our room. Housekeeping in the morning was good and address our needs within 10min. Lastly the service provided by the staff was awesome and they can provide extra miles to tell you how you can plan your transport mode, supper or shopping advise. Will come back again.
