When we arrive the personal at the front desk just ignore me, they were rude I had to make me notice after a few minutes of being standing in front of them after a long flight. The room smells bad, the toilet was leaking water Everything feels dirty Pay a little bucks more and stay away from these rude people.

The room was dim and the towels were clean, but old. Air cond was OK, but very noisy. The worst part was the shower setup, the holder was loose so you had to hold the shower with one hand. Water temperature was lukewarm at best. The breakfast was very average with same menu everyday.

Just a stop over as we arrived mid afternoon and had a flight the next morning. Convenient for a taxi ride but not a walk to/from the airport. The hotel itself has a nice restaurant though we chose to go to a restaurant within walking distance. Good breakfast with a variety of foods. The free shuttle only runs twice (10:30am and 13:30), otherwise it is 800 baht which is less than half. We used Grab to get the taxi to the airport as we needed to be there by 10:00. Not a bad option for a layover.

The environment was nice, location near to airport. The amenities given without toothbrush and toothpaste., other than this, we're fine.

Booked in order to secure a nice place to stay after a late flight in. Hotel did not provide transportation as advertised. Free shuttle to Don Mueang only runs at 10:30am and 1:30 pm. Room was clean and actually really nice. Metro line is currently not running so best of luck with taxis.

The room was clean but the balcony has been not cleaning for long time. Good service and good buffet breakfast.
