Great hotel if your room is fully functioning. Unfortunately our first room the thermostat was broken on the shower so the water was either way too hot or too cold. Also, the tv would not work at all. After some hassle we were finally given a new room which was fine but it took a lot of time as they weren’t keen to move us, it really was an inconvenience. We had stayed in this hotel last year and it is showing some signs of wear and tear but has the fundamentals right with comfortable beds and bedding, good space for luggage, lots of power sockets, kettle, hairdryer, safe, smart tv’s and it’s in a great location. Overall I’d recommend if they keep on top of maintenance.

The room was soooo comfortable! And the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I will recommend this place to friends of mine who are staying in Bangkok.

A very nice and clean place with quite a good location, not far from Khaosan Road and a 20-minute walk from the Royal Palace. The wi-fi is very fast. The shower is separated from the toilet with a wall, which is very comfy. On the fifth floor there is a terrace with a view over the roofs.

Wonderful service, excellent experience here

Biggest problem is that there is no elevator and they put us on the fourth floor. Bathroom was not on the grearest condition. Overall, ok but would not book again.

Good location! Clean too. Just a heads up that this place doesn't have an elevator (in my case; for reference my room was on the 4th floor).

Our room was nice and spacious, and we loved that our door opened to a beautiful green garden. Breakfast was simple but delicious, staff were very helpful and caring throughout our stay. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Nice hotel in a quiet place, but not far from Khaosan road and river boat station. Our room was on the 5th floor of the building with an access by elevator. New furniture, powerful conditioner, hot water, shampoo and shower gel, individual wifi with password. It was a perfect place to spend couple days in Bangkok before going to Koh Tao.

Nice and cozy ,the room is clean and the hotel is pretty quiet. Plenty of parking lot, located very close to Khaosan Rd. but in a quiet location.
