Om det var något mindre än dåligt, skulle jag ha satt det på hotellreceptionisternas behandling, och det fanns mer än ett problem med dem, men eftersom jag är med min familj och på semester vill jag inte ha några problem. Städpersonalen är mycket vänlig.

Hotellet var snyggt och rent. frukosten var bra. personalen var trevlig. läget inte dåligt

Servicepersonalen är mestadels ganska oförskämd. Gymmet fungerar inte. Långt från huvudvägen.

3-stjärnigt hotell i ett utvecklat land, 5-stjärnigt hotell i Thailand? Men om de orientaliska shangrila- och mandarinhotellen i Bangkok är 5-stjärniga, så är detta hotell inte 5-stjärnigt ens med okiviliserade landstandarder. Lycka till med att försöka sova på den gamla madrassen och med buller från papperstunna väggar och enkelglasade fönster. Personalen skulle inte hjälpa mig att få en taxi med hjälp av mätaren när jag var på väg till flygplatsen, det var körsbäret på toppen av detta skitiga hotell och land - att tro att de tror att de är en ledstjärna för mänsklig civilisation vilket skämt .

This hotel falsely claims to be 5-star. It’s hidden in a dirty, chaotic alley near Nana BTS, surrounded by noisy nightlife. The place is old, with a musty smell, and I felt itchy from the moment I arrived. Even after requesting new sheets, nothing improved. The lobby is messy, the room is dark with no proper lighting, and the photos online are very misleading. Breakfast was minimal, and the pool area is tiny and unappealing. On the last day, they even adjusted the water system—there was no hot water in the bathtub at all. I called the front desk and they promised to send someone, but no one ever came. By the way there’s a cockroach in the bathroom, and dirty water came out of the sink. Most guests seem to be from Indian tour groups. I’ve stayed at 3.5-star hotels that felt far more premium than this. I will never stay here again, and if you care about your travel experience, I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel.

We stayed on the 20th floor with a triple family room.Where luxury becomes an everyday Thank you all hotel staff for your support.Onething breakfast needs to improve.

Worst ever hotel booking of my life.   I am a regular traveler but they are as worst as I can’t say.  No customer respect.  They don’t know how to deal with customer.  Smelly tidy old school rooms very pathetic.

Looks like Royal Benja used to be a grand hotel but due to its age and dated architecture looks dated compared to a couple of more modern looking ones around the vicinity. Overall, I am pleased with the stay. Large spacious room. Customer service was good. Housekeeping was prompt and good. Value for money accommodation.

I stay@ Royal Benja Hotel- Bangkok for many years but this trip I had strong welcome from head receptionist Nia and her colleagues, I stayed@ 29th floor for the first time BEFORE I DIED😂 Luxurious rooms, new carpets for corridors and room with very nice view to city, clean& quite rooms. It was highly appreciated. I strongly recommend the hotel for honeymooners and Muslims families, I would comeback to my hotel@Bangkok soon. Thanks

- it’s not 5 star hotel, it’s a 4 star hotel. - need to change bedsheets and some towels - it’s with some damage - not enough light in the room - on trip check out time until 13:00 but actually until 12:00 (they gave me free late check out until 14:00) Otherwise things - good Breakfast cost 550 thb it’s ok nothing special but not bad also Bathtub a little bit old From the both sides nice city view

The check in and check out procedures were fast and efficient. My room on the 23rd floor. It has a nice view of the city (see picture). The room is large. Furnished in early 90s style so feeling a bit old. The step at the entrance of the bathroom is very annoying. destroys your toes. But ultimately hotel is great priced and close to Nana station on the green line. Convenient with some compromises.

Hotel Royal Benja, Bangkok – 7/10 Good location on Sukhumvit Road, close to BTS Nana station. Spacious rooms but slightly outdated decor. Comfortable beds and good housekeeping.though repetitive. Friendly staff, but check-in/check-out could be faster. WiFi is inconsistent, and facilities like the pool and gym need upgrades. Overall, a good mid-range option, but not very modern.
