Fantastic location, but rooms by the road can be pretty noisy. The front desk staff, especially Cream, was super helpful—he assisted me in changing rooms. Everyone working at the hotel is so nice and helpful, which made my stay fantastic despite the road noise. I will definitely return, as their excellent service more than made up for it. On a side note, more maintenance could be done to the rooms. The bidet spray was neglected, and the wardrobe and cabinet under the sink are starting to give way. Budget friendly hotel at such a fantastic location with both BTS and MRT within 5 mins walk from hotel.

Very helpful front desk and employees. Convenient location, easy go BTS & MRT lines and close to terminal 21 super mall. They offering something different and special, which is the breakfast coupons can use until 4:00 pm, which I didn’t seen anywhere else. There one point I have to mention, there is a very unpleasant or uncomfortable smell in few floors and rooms. I can’t imagine from where it comes, but I couldn’t tolerate even though they upgrade me to a bigger room. My advise is, they have to do something to make it comfortable.

Book this hotel due to the location, it is just a few steps walk to Asok bts and Sukhumvit mrt. It is a good hotel for solo female traveller. Not to forget it is just a few steps walk to terminal 21. However the hotel is very simple, really cannot ask for too much from it. My room is on level 2 as floor as the lobby. At certain timing there will be a glass door that will prevent outsider from coming to the area.

Location was superb. Walking distance to Asok BTS, Terminal 21, just beside exchange tower. And also we walked to Empshere 😊 It was fun! Staff was so friendly. Room was clean. Definitely will stay here again in our next trip!

Stayable hotel, close to Asoke BTS and terminal 21. Non functional warm water with temperature adjustment not able to sustain. Hair dryer cuts off every 5 mins due to heat. Other colleagues also face the same issue with their rooms.

This hotel is located at the train station, so convenient but the room is small and soundproof is not really good.

Ok for one night. Didn’t really like the room location (2nd floor off the lobby) or the room itself, it was super claustrophobic even for one person. Staff is pretty friendly though.

What a bad experience I had, and I won't be staying at this poor hotel anymore. To be honest, the location of this hotel was really convenient - it was just a 2-minute walk to the Sukhumvit MRT station and a 4-minute walk to the Asoke BTS station. That's the only good thing I can say. Let's talk about the issues I faced. First, our room had a big window, but after opening the curtain, it faced a wall. Huh?? Second, the room was extremely noisy because of the pub downstairs and the busy intersection outside the hotel. You can imagine how noisy it was, since the hotel only had six floors and we stayed on the fifth floor. Third, there was always water dripping from the air conditioner. Fourth, there were 3 lamps inside the room, but none of them had buttons to change the light mode - they were just on/off. Fifth, there were many moody and dirty marks on the pillow covers, and it was so disgusting. We told the room service staff to change them, but they said they had already done so, even though they clearly had not. Sixth, the chair inside the room was loose. If I had been pregnant, it would have been so dangerous. Seventh, the hair dryer in the room couldn't be used, and when we called the front desk, the staff member was very rude to us. She couldn't understand us and made us wait over 20 minutes for a response. If I visit Bangkok again, I definitely won't be staying at this hotel. It gave me a horrible experience during this trip.

Secondly, if you had provided the feedback regarding noise sensitivity during the duration of your stay we could have moved your room free of charge or provided free ear plugs for your comfort. Thirdly, we have reported this maintenance issue, and have fixed the problem. Kindly request to report such issues during the duration of your stay for us to take immediate action. Fourthly, we have the light switch on the wall. Lastly, we provide daily cleaning and fresh sheets and linens every-day. Dear Sukhumvit suite Hotel Management, I am writing this letter to express our appreciation for the wonderful experience we had during our stay at your hotel. We were guests from April 15th to April 19th, 2024, and our room number was 0512. Firstly, we would like to commend the excellent service and politeness of your hotel staff. The two employees at the front desk were incredibly friendly and professional. They patiently addressed our needs and inquiries, making us feel valued and important. Furthermore, we would like to give special recognition to a male staff member who assisted us with carrying our luggage to the room. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Not only was he willing to help us, but he also provided valuable information about the hotel facilities and the surrounding area. His professionalism and friendly demeanor left a lasting impression on us. Additionally, we want to praise the cleanliness of the room. Every time we returned to the room, we could sense a fresh atmosphere. The beds were tidy and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. This allowed us to rest and relax fully during our tiring journey. Moreover, the location of your hotel is truly convenient. There are two large shopping malls nearby, making our shopping and dining experiences extremely convenient. Furthermore, the hotel's proximity to the Asok and Sukhumvit MRT stations made it easy for us to travel to any destination. Such a location indeed added a lot of convenience to our trip. Lastly, we want to emphasize once again how unforgettable our stay at your hotel was. We feel fortunate to have chosen this hotel for our visit to Bangkok, and it was undoubtedly the best choice for us.
