Dated and tired hotel. Upgrading is going on but I think its the lobby area only. Need to modernize their rooms. The service was good though where they tried to please.

Nice hotel in the under 200 range in Sukhumvit. The location is close to Nana Station where there is a lot of good food and nightlife. Rooms are clean and comfortable, a little bit smaller than other major hotels in the area.

The staff are very friendly and courteous, always ready to help and serve. They are very proactive as well. The ease of access to fitness first was what made me stay here. They've made my stay very comfortable and I feel very welcomed. Train station is just a 2 mins walk away and there's plenty of street foods along the road as well. The room is very clean and spacious.

The club lounge was excellent and every member of staff we encountered were so kind, helpful and friendly. However I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families as the location is next door to Nana plaza and it just didn't have a nice family friendly vibe. The majority of the guests we saw were single, middle aged wealthy men and it just wasn't the hotel for us.

Cane to Bangkok for a conference at the Landmark. Hotel was nice, staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were great. We got to send clothes to laundry complimentary and housekeeping was always available for whatever we needed. Breakfast was good and had many choices. It was the same everyday and the view from the hotel was very nice. Room had nice additions including robes and slippers. Very cool stay. Would recommend if you don’t mind being in busy downtown like area.

Location is perfect, although centrally located it is a problem from everyday traffic.  Not exactly nicely renovated even after the “renovation” which was done this year.

On our first day, I complained because of the amount of dust in our room, dirty toilet, and dirty water coming out of the faucets and toilet flush. And on our second day, they transferred us to the deluxe suite as compensation.

Undergoing some renovations in the front. Not as great as it used to be - staff do not even offer to take your bags up to your room as previous.

My recent stay at The Landmark Bangkok was great and was a fair price for the experience. The room was adequate and did excellent to offer an isolated and quiet experience while being right on the doorstep of a very busy area. My biggest praises go to the front reception staff who were excellent with my late check-in and when helping me to retrieve a parcel (especially a staff member named Ching). Floor 9 offers a really big pool and a great place to sunbathe, but feel the poolside prices are steep at average 250baht per item and feel the service in this area could be more organized. When returning to Bangkok in the future I would be happy to stay here again.

I have stayed in the hotel many times throughout the last 3 years. I only had praises for this hotel always, in regards to location, amenities and the comfort. However upon my recent stay I realised that the lack of service at the front desk has declined. I noticed alot of new staff and honestly I did not have the same experience as had the previous times. The only employees that's were great were the concierge, the individual that checked me in and the house keeping. The rest of the front desk need to be trained to be more polite and adhere to a customers requirements. Unfortunately for reasons I will no longer stay here from this experience.
