Very bad experience room isn't clean properly and very bad even air-conditioner not working

Decent hotel for stay overnight to catch a flight in BKK. Room is large and clean but no elevator but staff help to carry the suitcase. There are many foods nearby.

Good service, clean and comfortable.

For the price, it's a good place to stay while waiting to catch your flight. There is food in the area , and it's more lively than I expected there.

Convenient if you are looking for a budget stay… 10-15mins away from Suwarnabhumi Airport. Overall was okay.

It’s a good location near the beach and easy to access in many shop like foods and currency exchange. I recommend this hotel budget friendly and near the pier going to Koh Larn.

"Where do I even begin? My stay at Thong Da resort and spa was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a stale odor that seemed to permeate every inch of the building. The receptionist's attitude matched the ambiance perfectly – cold and unwelcoming. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by a sight straight out of a horror movie. The bed looked like it hadn't been changed since the last century, and the sheets were stained and threadbare. The bathroom? Let's just say I've seen cleaner porta-potties at a music festival. As if the accommodations weren't bad enough, the noise level was intolerable. It was like trying to sleep in the middle of a construction site, with doors slamming, people shouting, and some unidentifiable buzzing sound that seemed to come from the walls. And don't even get me started on the so-called 'continental breakfast.' It was a sad display of stale pastries and watery coffee, served in a dingy room that looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the Eisenhower administration. Overall, my experience was nothing short of a disaster. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Save yourself the agony and sleep in your car instead."

The staffs here are quite nice and helpful. Will always prepare to help when a complaint is made. Although the resort seems a bit in age, but it is well maintained. Public transport were great around the location. Downsides: the location is hard to find and access. Traffic jam were horrible on the outside. Floods occurred after rain and cause blackwater outside the resort to overflow. Overall, it's quite a pleasant stay. BTW, one of the staff understands some Chinese. Take note, Chinese travellers.

Overall considered good But I think the sound of the air conditioner is quite loud at times. The shower handle is not good.

If the mattresses were in a good condition, I would have said this was a good choice for a day or two, but far from it. The springs are all messed up, uneven and the padding on top is gone, replacement long overdue. You will wake up in pain if you get to sleep at all. Wifi 20/6mbps, so so. TV small and old. Only a couple of packets of shampoo.. Big A/C blowing straight into the double bed, and can't sliw it down.

If it’s just for lay over it’s fine . If not it’s just a normal Hotel. Don’t need to expect anything
