The location is excellent and convenient, the staff is friendly and polite. It is the first choice for accommodation every time I come to Thailand. But this time I was a little disappointed. The air conditioner seemed to be broken and there was a little smell. Special thanks to Alex🙏

I have stayed here a few times. Great place to stay. Comfortable and clean. Great pool. Fantastic service. Would recommend and will be staying again in the future.

This is our second time staying here after the earthquake. the hotel was fine and no cracks. We love to stay here for the hospitality .

I stayed in 2 rooms apartment and studio room recently. I was taken aback that the air conditioner is blowing directly to bed we’re sleeping. This makes us feel too cold and will be too humid if we were to adjust room temperature to 23C. Hotel breakfast is just a basic one as it comes together from booking studio room. Quite far walking distance from Chit Lom BTS station.

Family trip to Bangkok. Outside view was very nice which is surrounded by old buildings and pools not blocking. Just 10 mins walk to BTS. To Central world, there have 2 options; Muvmi app or on foot both are very connivence. I suggest to have breakfast at Central World if you prefer Asian foods. I asked for floor mat after room service that they forgot to provide. But they did not show up maybe they do not understand or don't know why. Dining table mats are put inside the cabinets which are never wash. I didn't take photo because it's too dirty and not hygienic.

I returned to this hotel because of its excellent location. I had a mixed experience during the stay. The first room I was assigned had a slow-working air conditioner and a musty odor, which I was told was due to the ozone machine. However, the hotel's staff was very accommodating and quickly moved me to a different room. The new room was much cleaner and the air conditioning worked efficiently. While I was disappointed with the initial room, the hotel's willingness to resolve the issue made my stay more enjoyable.

Nice hotel and well service. Location close with shopping mall, BTS and 7 eleven which is quite easy for travellers. Elevator was closed due to maintenance service after earthquake and hope it will open back to normal operation.

The hotel is clean. Staff Service is good. The Stay is comfortable.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. But we experienced earthquake during my stay. we realised there weren't some walls cracks and chipped off. The lift wasn't operating after the shock. After all, this hotel is old. 

The location of the property is good , there is a 7-11 nearby. The breakfast is simple.

Great location, near BTS and malls. Many eateries are nearby. The tower I had been allocated is yet to be renovated. The tissue in the room could be better quality. Other than that all are good. Friendly and helpful staff. Love the room size.
