The hotel is beautiful, with clean and spacious rooms. While the breakfast offered at the hotel is acceptable, you might find dining outside more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service, which is extremely convenient and helpful for getting around.

Very clean room and toilet. Shower water pressure is good and water temperature is easy to adjust. Location wise, hotel is about 7min walk to pratunam aftter you drop off from the buggy.
Although hotel is quite isolated, there are many shops nearby, including cafes and massage parlours.

Location is not ideal as too far from pratunam market and platinum mall, the buggy just stopped at selected points and no pick up just drop off so we always have to take tuktuk/taxi back after shopping. Room is smaller than in the photo, however the front desk crews are polite.

We arrived earlier than the check in time but they were kind enough to check us in already. They have a shuttle to drive us to nearby areas free of service. The shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful, goes out of his way to help especially when bolt cant find our hotel location. He called and spoke with the bolt driver for instructions.

Very clean & the staff are nice . They provide buggy to send us to the bts station & pratunam market. Easy to move about.

Free drop off at 4 nearby popular locations by hotel which is a very good service.
Booked a suite however the room was musky. The blanket smells like it's been used for quite a while without a wash.
