New hotel so the amenities and facilities are top notch. Location is the best, close to BTS and Central Embassy. They don't have a sauna or cold plunge pool and only has a warm plunge pool and steam room. Beautiful design all around.

It was the easiest best decision I made. Low touch point high luxury feel that I love. Staff were warm yet professional and they know you by name. We were there for our anniversary and a cake and bouquet with a message card were waiting for us! The hotel was well located at the 10th floor of Central Embassy and a walking distance from Phrom Phong BTS stn. Convenient, impecable… truly impressed!

1. To stay at this hotel, you first have to be able to accept the noise disturbance from the live band at the bar downstairs. The bar is on the 5th floor of Central Embassy, and the sound travels all the way up. My room was on the 20th floor, but don’t underestimate the loudness of the drums in an open space! 2. The noise from the motorcycles and cars on the street is no joke, going back and forth all night long. I suspect the hotel hasn’t installed soundproof windows! Does Thailand not use electric motorcycles? When I traveled in China and stayed at hotels, there were absolutely no noise problems! Not being able to sleep properly is such torture. 3. The room doesn’t have many highlights. The shampoo and body wash are from Le Labo. On the bright side, the location is pretty good—great for eating and shopping. Central Chidlom is right next door, and you can find a lot of Thai local brands there. The hotel breakfast is definitely a plus. The Christmas atmosphere in this hotel isn’t as good as other hotels. Even the Christmas tree is just… like that. I regret choosing this place and not staying at the Rosewood Hotel next door instead.

It was great stay during my bangkok trip

Our stay at Park Hyatt Bangkok was beyond perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and supported throughout our entire stay. One positive aspect of my stay was that the hotel provided a shower room with fresh towels while I waited for my flight. This thoughtful touch truly enhanced my overall experience and made the stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Chota for promptly resolving our AC issue with great understanding and to Rashid for the warm welcome and for making our anniversary celebration truly special. The attention to detail, luxurious atmosphere, and exceptional service made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-tier hotel experience in Bangkok.

Excellent room with amazing city view in the heart of the city, tho you might find it also the heart of traffic jam if you are a Grab-user, otherwise it is accessible from BTS. All staff is friendly and helpful, extra credit goes to the house keeping team that setting the room in perfect condition. If you are a light sleeper, you will find the mini bar refrigerator annoying. Amenities are Le Labo that give you a relaxing and oriental smell all day. Breakfast is just a life saver, since the shopping mall down stairs open at 10 and leave you no other choice nearby.

Always a great time at park hyatt. So close to malls and the room service is amazing! We always love to order the fresh coconut from their hotel and they deliver it super quickly. I love the siam boat noodles at the mall below the hotel too!
