Hotel very Good location near to BTS . Breakfast has many options you can choose different kind of coffee and shakes . Staff in reception needs to be more friendly they seem to be upset all the time . But is a good choice to stay in Bangkok .

Not super clean but it's okay for solo travel. Shower, bed, ac are good. I need a small shelf in the shower booth to put my shampoo and soap on.

Everything was fantastic in this hotel. There was a variety of food available, and the room was also rather clean. Except for the gym, which may require some repairs. Overall, a great hotel.

Great value for money and the location was convenient for food and shopping with a little walk. WiFi wasnt great but you'll be spending most of your time travelling anyways.

Good Hotel Good Location

they provide a very good breakfast. Worth trying. Also access to some rooms requires usage of stairs. That can be inconvenient when carrying heavy luggage! Overall a pleasant experience.

Having a room without a balcony feels like being in a prison cell. They wouldn’t let you in, even if the room is empty, until 2 PM.

I booked a studio room for my 65+ father and my brother and they loved the room and the ammenities of the hotel. Very well located, very comfortable, very clean.

Hotel located near Phrakanong BTS station, just 5 minutes walking distance. Room is big and clean. Breakfast is delicious.

The service quality of the waiters in this hotel is good. The breakfast is also good. The bed is also comfortable. The disadvantage is that the hotel is right next to the Sukhumvit BTS line. The room should be 10 meters away from the BTS. The noise from cars, trains, and motorcycles is deafening!!! Please see the pictures for the hygiene. The spider web on the lamp on the bedside table! It is shocking how the hygiene is done! And check-in must wait until 2 o'clock! We arrived in the morning. We went out for lunch and came back to wait for a long time.

Room service is good. Request of an iron was supplied immediately. Counter service is fast and right. Coffee machine was good and tasty.

Was quite grand, no complaints. Pretty good value for money.

Very elegant hotel on entry and close to everything good service and clean room and toilet
