Det är svårt för hotellet att ringa en taxi genom Grab. Det står många taxibilar som väntar vid dörren, men de är inte villiga att hoppa över mätaren och behöver ropa priset. Bo på 19:e våningen, men du kommer fortfarande att höra nattklubbsmusik på natten, folk som bryr sig om buller bör vara försiktiga.

Fokusera på att kritisera trip.com APP för att ge falsk information! Betyder att hotellet öppnar 2022! Hype! Det så kallade 4-stjärniga hotellet erbjuder 1-stjärnig service! Rummet stämmer inte överens med bilderna på den officiella hemsidan! Det finns ingen så kallad ny dekorationskvalitet! Först bokade jag två rum med fönster för två nätter, och hotellet gav mig ett rum utan fönster! Gå ner och prata med receptionen innan du byter rum. För det andra är saniteten mycket dålig. Rummet erbjuder 1-stjärnig service. Badvattnet i duschrummet är mycket litet. Det tar en halvtimme att slå på varmvattnet för att varmvatten ska komma ut. För det tredje finns det ingen ljudisolering, och du kan tydligt höra bruset från baren på nedervåningen! Det fjärde lakanet hade inte ändrats alls, och jag blev biten av loppor vid 4-tiden på morgonen och kunde inte sova! Säg till receptionen att städa rummet, den likgiltiga attityden hos receptionen är extremt nedslående! Blev lurad för mycket! Extremt oacceptabelt! ! ! Jag brukade gilla Thailand väldigt mycket, men den här upplevelsen gjorde mig också rädd för att stanna i Bangkok igen! Jag kommer aldrig att använda trip.com APP för att boka hotell igen! ! !

Great hotel,located in the heart of BKK. Clean and comfortable rooms , great swimming pool and gym. Very nice breakfast ,with a nice choice of food options. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It’s my 5th time to stay there,and will definitely return again.

Clean and pleasant place and convenient too! But the shower area floor can be slippery when wet. Love the place!

Convenient hotel but noisy. Near bts and they can provide free shuttle services to bts and shopping mall

This is a fabulous l5 star hotel that I highly recommend everyone to try out I’ve stayed in most hotel in the SUKHUMVIT area over the years and this is up there for the best for the money …. Beds and pillows and shower location and all the staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful there remember your name when you’ve stayed as much as me as well that I like plus upgrade customers that stay with out let letting you no …. I really enjoy staying there when I can get in …star bucks in lobby pool and gym are class

The superior king rm that we booked was nothing like the pictures on the website, it was tiny and looked/ smelled old. So we had to upgrade to delux king and paid Thb3000. The upgrades room had low ceiling, and even this was small. Sound proofing poor, we could hear our neighbours at night. The a/c shut down in the middle of the night and I had to turn it on again. The bathroom had mould on walls and tiles (see pic) - this should be against healthy regulations. The shower door didn’t shut and the room fittings were generally quite poor. Breakfast was very good and the pool was good. I have been visiting and staying in Bkk hotels for the past 15 yrs. This is a 2/3 star hotel that is marketed as a 4/5 star hotel. I would definitely NOT stay here ever again. Disappointing and upsetting.

Very good experience. Chose Aira for 5 times, will live again.
