My stay here was very pleasant and relaxing. The hotel is located a bit deep in the alley, but they offer a convenient shuttle service to the main road, which is close to Thonglor BTS station. The location is quiet and peaceful, away from the main road, so I was able to sleep very well. The room was clean, spacious, and felt quite new. The price was very reasonable for what you get. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel has great facilities including a swimming pool, gym, restaurant, and even an onsen. The only downside is that the traffic outside the alley can get very heavy, especially during rush hours. But overall, I was very impressed and would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Homm Sukhumvit34 from 28 April to 4 May. I had dyed my hair just a week before, so it was still bleeding slightly. On the first night (28 April), I noticed that my hair color had stained the towel. I immediately left a note for housekeeping to inform them, just in case I would be charged for it. When I returned to my room, the towels were replaced, so I assumed everything was resolved. However, on the evening of 3 May, I found a letter in my room stating that I had damaged the hotel’s towels and that I would be charged 4,600THB. They claimed the stains were only discovered on 3 May, even though I had been staying there since 28 April. After discussing with the staff, they admitted the housekeeping team only checked the towels on 3 May. I explained calmly that this was a communication issue between the hotel and their team, and I would not be paying the 4,600THB. They then told me that if I could remove the stains, they wouldn’t charge me. So, on the last night of my stay, I had to buy bleach and soak the towels myself. After 10 minutes, the towels turned completely white. This is the first time I’ve experienced something like this at a hotel in Bangkok—and I visit Bangkok frequently. I only tried this hotel because a friend recommended it due to good reviews. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The location is also inconvenient—deep in small alleys, with no convenience stores nearby. You have to rely on the hotel for everything. They even charged me 100THB for cutlery when my food delivery didn’t include utensils. This hotel is decent for the price—rooms are averagely clean, and the location could be better. However, the pool area is fantastic, making up for other shortcomings. Good for a budget-friendly stay if you prioritize relaxation over luxury. Would consider returning just for the pool!

Location is very not convenient. There are no any stores near by at all. Walking distance is too far from any stores or shops. Grab is ok but calling Grab always takes much longer. Front desk customers could not communicate well with English. Never try the breakfast since it is too pricy compared to local around food price. We grab food into hotel and much better deals and choices for every day breakfast. Pool is greenish and we did not use it. Room was clean but AC location is directly above bed making hard to sleep comfortably due to direct air flow. If the AC is shutdown then there is no airflow in the room since all windows cannot be open.

The staff was friendly and the rooms clean and fit for purpose. The breakfast was acceptable considering the value for money. The outdoor area is beautifully designed. Irritating for me, however, was the fact that I had to sign at check-in that I would not vomit in the hotel. I have visited one or the other hotel both privately and professionally. me and my boyfriend stayed here for one night and we had a wonderful experience. we were so kindly greeted by the hotel staff and check in was super fast. the hotel is neat and clean with a lovely coffee shop and great outside seating area by the pool. the location is absolutely phenomenal. it’s near all the shopping malls and restaurants but also slightly hidden which makes it the perfect getaway since it’s so nice and quiet. the room was very clean and comfortable. we really enjoyed our stay here and we’ll definitely come back!! we also requested a late checkout and the staff kindly agreed. we highly recommend this hotel as the price is also quite reasonable and you will definitely get your moneys worth.

Nice and clean hotel room with breakfast. The location is a bit far from the BTS station (around 10mins walk) but the hotel offer shuttle service for every 30 minutes during the day time. I truly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel is beautiful, but I found that the lights couldn’t be turned off at midnight, as if they were broken. The bidet was also broken. However, the staff provided good service.

Have a nice Thai restaurant nearby. Staff is not familiar with Accor plus membership program. No extra amenities for kid, need to request and wait. Swimming pool is small, the road is narrow for driving, good to have a shuttle to BTS
