I've stayed here many times and always have no complaints The free shuttle to Siam Paragon is always nice to have. Check out the pool at night, it's really nice.

We have had a great accommodation in this hotel, staff are friendly & polite, clean room & facilities, buffet breakfast is tasty, location is acceptable, we could take golf shuttle not too far to Siam Paragon, even sometimes we just walk back to the hotel at night time, swimming is beautiful, will recommend to everyone !

We had a terrific stay at the Chatrium. The staff were really well trained - everyone of them are very courteous and very helpful. The concierge team was very good too. One of them went the extra mile to contact my driver using his mobile local line. I am grateful for his hearty service. The rooms are spacious and cleanliness is tip top. The breakfast spread is international standard. Th swimming pool was inviting and they even had complimentary snacks for guests. Truly a #1 family hotel in BKK

The perfect hotel in Bangkok. Location is super convenient. Rooms are spacious and beautiful, everything feels new. HUGE bathroom. Swimming pool is gorgeous over the sunset. Staff has been wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

Chatrium Grand Hotel location is superb. It is just some 3-5minutes short walk to Siam Paragon. The best is, during peak hours, you could actually go via the back alley way towards Phetchaburi Road. Breakfast buffet spread is top notch! I didn’t expect much from most hotels breakfast buffet but I was taken aback by the varieties and freshness of the food. The dining area is huge and space is great and timing wise, 6.30am to 10.30am What I dislike was the check in counters. It was a headache and mess. I wish they could have a queuing pole for lining up. All four counters were occupied and all guests arrived had to choose to queue which counter and if you are lucky, pretty fast but if there’s problem with the guest for whatever reason, you could be waiting for very very long as new guests arrive. We reached pretty early at 10am, did the check in but room wasn’t ready until 2pm so we simply left the luggage with counter and thought it would be hassle free and easy since deposit had done during check in but had waited for 10minutes just to collect the room keys which was readily available on their desk. They should have catered one counter just for fast check-in as in keys collection point. Swimming pool was great at level 7 where you could see the view Bangkok shopping district. Cleanliness of room wasn’t great and what’s even better is, drinks in fridge are absolutely free and did I mention the Nespresso coffee machine? Yes nice coffee 👍 I would highly recommend this place to stay if paragon is the place you like shopping at. Ideal since there is a back alley way to avoid major jam at the front along the malls area. Motorbikes cannot enter, so you could walk out to take bike rides. Room wasn’t ready until big. The pillows are soft and nice just that king sized bed are two super single joined together. Nevertheless still a great place to stay. They have complementary chocolates as well, very very nice 👌 which they do sell at their cafe lounge area.

It had been ages since I had visited bangkok. I wanted to try a hotel near Siam Paragon thus book Chatrium Grand . Pros: 10 minutes walking distance from back of Siam Parago beside Jumbo seafood resturant. Complimentary buggy services eased my aching legs after all the shopping. Room and beds were very comfortable. Soothing lemongrass and mandarin body care products suits my sensitive skin. Views towards Siam Paragon and swimming pool was therapeutic. Staffs were proficient especially during breakfast time. You may order your choices of TWG tea or coffee. Breakfast buffet was good variety of choices. I only have one question: How do you make the shrimp dumpling taste so sweet and fresh? Location tips : Check another exit which leads you to platinum mall area. Con: Tip try not to eat in the room which I did not but a bug was caught... Overall will visit the lovely smelling hotel again..

The service here was impeccable. Staff at every level and area are attentive, helpful and sincere. The location is great and the buggy service made our trip so convenient going back and forth anytime during the day from Siam Paragon. General maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel is great too. The pool is also clean and well maintained, albeit with a slight current in the water, and with the many deck chairs available, it was still comfortable and felt private enough even with a slightly larger number of guests at the outdoor area.

A birthday Surprise from this 5-star hotel. There are a variety of food in breakfast buffet.

Very best location in the central of Bangkok, very clean and good services, free bulky to Siam Paragon Center, it’s the best hotel in this area.

Excellent stay and their executive lounge is awesome, my room is facing Siam Paragon and swimming pool. Hotel has 2 different blocks and a buggy shuttle to Siam Paragon at the Jumbo Seafood entrance.

Excellent hotel in very good location. Very comfortable bed with perfect pillows.
