Jag sov inte där inne Jag hittar ett annat hotell den första natten Dess fruktansvärda becoz rummet med balkong Men allt är omgärdat av vägg Det är som i en stenlåda Energin är så negativ Jag letar efter återbetalning De har inte ett rum för mig att byta om Men det här rummet är oacceptabelt Så jag hade checkat ut direkt samma dag Det slösar bort min tid och kostnader också Det är hemskt som att få mig att skaka Tycker verkligen synd om denna upplevelse

Det bästa hotellet som jag besökte i thai. Mottagandet var mycket vänligt och vänligt. Det finns också Starbucks och underbar restaurang.

Att bo på detta hotell var en övergripande underbar upplevelse. All personal är extremt hjälpsam och tillmötesgående och rummen är rymliga och bekväma. Vi beställde rumsservice till frukost varje dag och var nöjda med dess variation (hela dagen frukost tillgänglig efter en sen natt i Bangkok – perfekt!) och hastighet. Poolen är inte snygg men bekväm. Den enda förbättringen jag kunde tänka mig var toalettartiklarna på rummet – bara en stor väggpumpbehållare med kombinerad "schampo/tvål" och inget balsam eller lotion verkar lite som en billig gymdusch eller något.

It was less than average tasting. I’m unsure why it has such high ratings. Just normal omelette, bacon was too chewy, rain was plain, there was a cool espresso machine, egg soup noodle was good, meat was dry. * Complementary welcome drinks * They make guests download their app to get request like housekeeping, ordering tuk tuk to Khao San road (food, bar, shopping vendors), additional amenities if room runs out, laundry service. It doesn’t work very well. It keeps saying housekeeping and amenities requests has been completed, but it wasn’t. I don’t know if it’s automatic or someone is housekeeping was lying here or just broken system to use the app for such requests. * Laundry service (ridiculous price in my opinion) * 250 or around $6 a Jean or pants * 100 or $3 for a tshirt

Centara Life Hotel was such a good stay, staff were very attentive and kind. Rooms are modern, stylish and clean. Everything you need including room service is all done through the app, which is very efficient. Welcome drinks were a lovely addition. They also have vending machine bottom of lifts. The reception help with organising taxis and airport transfers as well as having tour booking staff. The baggage scales were very helpful also. They are located in a convenient part of the city close to everything. We were grateful to find a hotel and seamlessly book on arrival, not overpriced either. Highly reccomend!

Very good hotel near the grand parade. Breakfast is good . Near lobby have the massage salon.

Lovely hotel, clean, convenient, modern. Buffet breakfast is amazing, and the service levels are remarkable. Thank you to Nikki, front office manager for everything! Deluxe twin room has a balcony and pool view which was nice little touch

Very kind staff, good service, free tuktuk to khao san road if needed and really close to muay thai stadium and other needs.

Great hotel and location, very friendly staff. Cleaning was ok. Having breakfast is ok too if you have a busy day ahead. Would definitely come back.

Nothing negative at all to say about this Hotel. We enjoyed our stay here. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Lots of choice for breakfast. Comfortable bed. Good location.

It's a nice, clean hotel. A view remarks. We had 2 rooms, 1 on swimming pool building 2nd floor, 1on reception building 7th floor. On 7th floor, almost no water pressure shower and aircon blows less hard and effects the room temperature. Another point: tiles by swimming pool are to slippery. There are already rubber mats but not enough. Deposit, mail from Trip wrote 500 total, my friend paid 500 a day...I pay nothing. Also with the swimming towel, not everyone get a card. But if you look a clean friendly hotel, with good breakfast..this is the place. Price/quality is 👍
