Bedding is comfortable. Even the add-on bed my son say it’s comfortable and we all loves it. Nearby BTS convenient and view of river is lovely.

Fantastic, relaxing stay. We visited the Mandarin Oriental next door for tea and have to say that, although MO is a wonderful hotel, we found the Shangri La to be equally as good, just a little more relaxed.

Great spacious rooms and beautiful lobby. The Chinese restaurant inside had some of the most delicious dishes we’ve had at the hotels.

Very good service & location close to river. Room was good size with good river views. Concierge desk was particularly helpful. Crowded because there was a convention on, but had no issues getting service when requested.

Perfectly situated on the river close to the massive IconSiam shopping centre. Staff are fabulous and nothing is too much for them. Rooms in the older Kungthrep wing have balconies but are looking a, little tired around the edges. Overall excellent value for money.
