Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park recensioner

The hotel is about 900 meters from Asok BTS. APROX. 13mins of brisk walking. If you call Grab driver it can also be challenging as Sukumkit traffic jam is bad. Two drivers cancelled me or I have to wait about 9 mins for my Grab driver. Overall it is a very nice hotel, breakfast was very good with many spread. Rooms are neat and stylish.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Access to the M Club lounge was fantastic. Breakfast at Goji Kitchen was superb. Never a dull moment.

This is my 2nd time here, i stayed for 6 nights and the cleaning for 24th service isn’t up to standard, i had numerous problems occurred on the first few nights, the kettle in my room was filthy and dirty, i used it for a few nights, i couldn’t believed my eyes when i had it cleaned myself and it was so disgusting. I had it changed, there was numerous times the bathroom necessities wasn’t placed and the cleaning doesn’t speak English so it was quite hard explaining it. I hope they don’t just use vacuum to clean the floor and mop the marbles parts as i find that dirty as well. But overall i think this hotel is okay but paying for that price i would expect cleanness.

During our five days in Marriott Marquis Queen's Park Hotel, the living environment is very good, especially the food. Lots of varieties in breakfast time as well as good food quality in evening buffet. However, the cleaning service is a little bit under standard since still dusty on floor and wet on wash room table. Quite a lot of lighting including roof and table light are non function. Power sockets like toilet and wall having no power which needs improvement. Anyway overall environment is good and valued for 5 stars.

Although the service, views and location was great, the rooms require maintenance. There were small ants and cockroach odor. Unfortunately, the main pool was closed for maintenance while we were there, and there were problems with the wifi daily.

This is my second stay at this hotel this year, the first being for a business trip and this time around, it's a leisure visit with my mom. The hotel manager went above and beyond by surprising my mom with a scrumptious chocolate cake, which was a lovely gesture. The staff members have consistently been accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. Its proximity to the newly opened Emphere shopping mall adds to its appeal. Moreover, the breakfast offerings were exceptional. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Great hotel with great amenities, fantastic buffet breakfast

A very nice and luxurious hotel in the heart of Bangkok. The ambiance is grand and peaceful. Room is nice and spacious. Service is attentive. Hotel is right next to EmQuartier and Emporium + BTS station across the road. It’s a 5 minutes walk to EmQuartier via a shortcut across the park behind the hotel. Hotel provides shuttle service to Emporium as well. There are many restaurants in the building. Breakfast buffet is very good with wide selection of good quality and tasty food. The rooftop bar is very relaxing. Overall it’s a great stay and is highly recommended for great stay in Bangkok.
