We stayed in a one-bedroom suite. While the room had a slight musty smell—likely from the carpet—and time to wash the sofa cushions pillows. the bathroom was clean and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful throughout our stay, especially at the M Lounge, where the breakfast was phenomenal. I would gladly return for another stay in the future.

Marriott Marquis has a beautiful lobby and me & my friend had a good stay here. Gym is good too.

We absolutely adore this hotel in Bangkok! It’s our ultimate go-to spot, thanks to its fantastic location and the incredibly friendly staff who always make us feel at home. The club level is a delightful experience, with delicious treats during happy hour that we can’t get enough of! And let’s not forget the rooftop bar—it’s a vibrant scene filled with amazing cocktails that are perfect for winding down. This has been our fifth stay, and each time just keeps getting better. We’re already counting down the days until our next visit!

Location is pretty good. Right next to Emsphere which you can walk through to get to the BTS station and other malls. Good service and very helpful and friendly staff. Amenities in the room are good too but could do with a proper mirror at the desk so I can do my makeup 😅 Channels on the TV are close to nothing though, and unable to use smart TV for Netflix. Otherwise everything else was good.

No bathtub! 😥 rest all is great!

The room felt a bit outdated and check-in was a hassle—I arrived at 10:15 PM and waited over an hour, with several guests sharing similar complaints. On the bright side, the breakfast was excellent.”

The hotel is about 900 meters from Asok BTS. APROX. 13mins of brisk walking. If you call Grab driver it can also be challenging as Sukumkit traffic jam is bad. Two drivers cancelled me or I have to wait about 9 mins for my Grab driver. Overall it is a very nice hotel, breakfast was very good with many spread. Rooms are neat and stylish.

We were very happy that we booked Marriott Marquis Hotel. The best location, the best breakfast, excellent service! Hotel is located between two huge malls in the city. Metro is 10 minutes walk away. Hotel also provides tuk-tuk to the station every hour. 7-11 and Lawson right across the hotel. Hotel staff is always happy to help. The beds are huge, perfect for families with kids. Highly recommend to everyone.

A mediocre overly supersized hotel left over from the 1970s. They claimed to have spent a hundred million dollars on renovation ten years back but results are not evident given the musty, retro vibe. Room was smallish and cramped , and we only got upgraded for one night after I checked repeatedly. Also got food poisoning from breakfast at the executive lounge , first time ever at a Marriott property. Executive lounge manager only bothered to email me after I posted this review and claimed nobody else got food poisoning, implying it must be my own fault :) My advice : For this price, there are plenty of other excellent hotels in Bangkok , stay away like the plague, because you just might get it here!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Access to the M Club lounge was fantastic. Breakfast at Goji Kitchen was superb. Never a dull moment.

This is my 2nd time here, i stayed for 6 nights and the cleaning for 24th service isn’t up to standard, i had numerous problems occurred on the first few nights, the kettle in my room was filthy and dirty, i used it for a few nights, i couldn’t believed my eyes when i had it cleaned myself and it was so disgusting. I had it changed, there was numerous times the bathroom necessities wasn’t placed and the cleaning doesn’t speak English so it was quite hard explaining it. I hope they don’t just use vacuum to clean the floor and mop the marbles parts as i find that dirty as well. But overall i think this hotel is okay but paying for that price i would expect cleanness.
