Staff were all pleasant and helpful . Breakfast was very good, sauna and pool were very clean.

In the lobby they offer refreshing iced lemon water n thai black tea. Their front desk ppl provides excellent service. However the hotel freezer is not cold enough to freeze! There cars Amazon in the hotel next to them

Very good location and also clean

Clean room and good design. Reception and bell boy were great service. And one more thing that we like is this hotel has a free laundry machine and a dryer machine for customers to use for free. That is impressive.

Top priority for every hotel should be its cleaniness. The room that I had was definitely not clean. It have bugs on the walls, floors, bed linen and even the bath towel. Room was not sound proof. I could clearly hear the people's footsteps, chatting along the corridors loudly and when other guests slam their doors. This can be quite disruptive when you are trying to rest Location is relatively near to BTS and a Temple but the hotel is also near to a sathorn "unique" skyscrapper (Search it online and you will know). My room happen to be facing this deserted skyscrapper. The reception staff were friendly and polite. (The only plus point that I could think of) Overall, I did not felt that it was worth staying or value for money. I have paid half the price for a cleaner and better hotel elsewhere. Unsure how they were awarded a 4 star for this standard.

This was a lovely hotel close to massage parlors, stores, and restaurants. We stayed for 5 nights. Staff was very attentive, from doorman to restaurant staff. Their breakfast buffet had many options. We enjoyed their Thai tea. Furthermore, Ukkrit made this an enjoyable experience as he was friendly and attentive when we saw him during breakfast. He suggested places we should visit, which we appreciated. Overall really enjoyed it and I would stay here again.

Great hotel with good amenities, neat, spacious and well equipped rooms, near skytrain ( saphan taskin) and taxi boat ( sathorn pier) near chao prya. Great breakfast buffet with eggs and homelette made in front of you. Will for sure stay there again on my next trip to bangkok

Overall, the room is very clean. The bathroom amenities look very clean. There are some spots in the room that appear old, such as marks on the walls, and you can hear noise from outside the room. Overall, It’s okay

The bidet in the toilet was a nice touch. The room key kept mal functioning which was quite irritating . But it was at the same time secure when they kept verifying my identity. Overall a pleasant stay .

I normally stay at a dfferent location of the same hotel chain. This one is not to the same standard. A bit old, even if keept well, is a simple hotel with no much facilities. Staff is helpful and friendly but the price i have paid is too high for what the hotel offers.

Location is good , it’s near the metro station also near the pear. Have shops near by as well.

STAFF ARE BAD. Be placed 5000 thb deposit, they want cash instead of credit card then when they returned they only insisted it’s 4300 we have receipt of acknowledement it’s 5000. yup, they scammed us DON’T BOOK HERE
