The towel provided got blood stains. The room was make up daily and each time towel provided stil got blood stain. The pillow sheet also has blood stains

I love the location of the hotel as it is strategically located near shopping malls like Centralworld and within walking distance to Chit Lom BTS station and also to Siam Paragon.
The in-house massage was good - slightly on the expensive side but for the comfort and the convenience - I feel it is worth it.
My friends who joined us in this travel love the hotel so much that they will consider staying here again at their next Bangkok visit.

Location is convenient. Hotel food not hot as never turn on the heater. Services is good, complimentary birthday is served (is a surprise to us) when we email to them that we are celebrating birthday at their hotel.

Stayed for one night at Arnoma. Reception was very friendly and upgraded our room. Room was huge by Bangkok standards. Great location, full amenities. Just be clear that Arnoma Grand is an old hotel, with carpet and marble flooring, so be prepared for it to look its age.

The hotel location is excellent, between Gaysorn and Big C.
The breakfast buffet taste is decent. But the Selection and spread is just basic and suffice. Not even close to continental level in some other 4-star hotels.
The room itself is clean and big. But the bathroom amenities lack toothbrush and toothpaste and other shower essentials which is kinda disappointing.
The power ports in the room are located next to the TV, there are no power ports next to the bed. And, the ports are fairly outdated in Year 2025 but still usable.

We upgraded to suite when we arrived during Valentine's Day. Mrs wanted to have a bigger room. Staff is willing to help to arrange.
No complaints to the service they provided.

Nice hotel and good service. Room big and ok. Very good for shopping. Big C super market at next building. Walking 2 minutes. BTS only 10 minutes. Breakfast is good. Have good spa. And fitness centre. WiFi ok.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share some feedback. Overall, the hotel was clean and maintained, though I did notice a few areas where some touch-ups might be needed, as a few details felt a bit outdated.
The breakfast offering was impressive, with a wide variety of choices, which I really appreciated. Additionally, the location of the hotel was very convenient and accessible to everything I needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

The chic lobby creates the appearance of a good hotel. But it's really very bad. The corridors and rooms have been in need of renovation for a long time. We booked this hotel because of the location and the pool. Only the location turned out to be good. There is only one pool, it works until 19:00, which is very inconvenient. It's unclear why you can't stay there in the evening. There are no staff there, they don't even clean it - there were feathers in the same place for two days in a row..The service in this hotel is simply lacking. The staff does not answer questions or solve problems, the only thing they can do is "We apologize." Different managers give different information. They refused to renew our room at the reception - we have full booking, so I booked it for Trip.com and after that, three different employees told us first that we needed to move to another room, then that we didn't need to, spending half my day on it.
