Our favourite hotel in Bangkok! Stayed in the family suite with 2 large king sized beds. The walk in wardrobe was a room of it's own. Very clean and comfortable room for 2 adults, 2 kids The gym is very well equipped and has a fantastic view of the city. Pool is on the smallish side.. The hotel is connected to the Central mall via an adjacent lift lobby. Mall opening hours are 10am to 10pm. There are so many shops, that would take 1-2 days to thoroughly cover. Walking distance to other popular malls in the area - Platinum mall, Siam square, Siam Paragon, etc You can see room pics on the hotel website. It's 101% accurate. I'm sharing pics of the surrounding area 😀

This is my favourite hotel in Bangkok. Excellent location & easy access to Central World & many other shopping malls & F&B outlets.

Hotel lobby located at level 23. From level 23, there another lift to your room. The room slightly small compared with other hotels in BKK. However, the room and place is clean. Service is great. Airport transport cost 1800 Baht. Hotel located next to Central World and need some walk to BTS station which not really near, about 10 minutes walk thru the skywalk. Getting grab is easy. Walkable to the famous mall like Siam Paragon and other places such as Erawan Shrine, LV cafe, Grayson and etc. Rooftop bar at level 55 and breakfast will be serve at level 24. I can’t say breakfast is great and you will get bored easily. I found out they serve the same menu almost everyday. 90% of it. I do love their fresh juice.

Staff were helpful, bed was comfortable, like it that mall is accessible and sheltered. Nama Japanese restaurant did not live to expectations.

My first time staying here and we chose it cause it's connected to CentralWorld. Huge entrance but the check-in lobby is at Level 23. Got a Family Premium Room thinking it's a 2 bedroom layout but when we got in, then we realized it's just 1 room with 2 queen beds. The bathroom area is huge though, with a large dressing / wardrobe area before the basins, toilet, bathtub and standing shower. But for a family of 3 adults and 3 kids, one toilet/shower is challenging. Turns out the room type we should have gotten is the Executive Room. Anyway it was too late to even make an onsite upgrade as they were fully booked for the category. Thankfully we were just here for a night. The beds are pretty high here for the average Asian and a little too soft for my liking. Location wise, while it sounds ideal to be connected to CentralWorld, it's actually a very big mall, and the connection is closer the Zone F side where the cinema is (which is the opposite end of the mall that connects to BigC and BTS). So I'm not sure this connection is truly a value add, or rather this should not be the only reason to choose this hotel. Service is impeccable, from the bell boys taking over our luggage at the driveway to the front desk staff to housekeeping and the restaurant staff. Our stay also came with Welcome Drinks at their bar - Uno Mas (for those with kids) and Red Sky (rooftop bar for adults only). The pool is not very big, can't do proper lap swims but good enough for kids to play around. I also like their service app, where you can request for additional amenities directly, order in room dining and even chat with the staff for any other requests. I did dread the thought of downloading another app but the convenience after makes it worthwhile.

A perfect location for shopping and relaxation. Easy to get around especially with the train and skywalk. Pier boat quay is walking distance. I think executive lounge has the best services for reception and F&B

This is the second time we came back Centara , Such an amazing hotel. Good view with the welcome drink ! And well prepare for my birthday 🙏🏽🙇🏻♂️ An unforgettable moment ❤️

Hotel after renovation looks great than before, But location is not really near BTS station

The location is very good. The service provided is excellent, esp the bell boy, Tom helped us to look for the Taxi going to Airport.
