Thank you for the early check in and late check out. R=Excellent breakfast with lots of variety of food. 

Great Location for Shopping and Dining The hotel connects directly to CentralWorld on the 7th floor — super convenient for shopping and dining,The room is spacious and comfortable for two adults and two kids. Only thing is, there’s no 24-hour convenience store nearby, and it’d be nice if the breakfast had more variety.

Hotel is situated at a convenient location which is linked to centralworld shopping mall. Highly recommended to stay here, top notch service. Love the breakfast buffet which comes with a good selection of food.

Very good experience in terms of accommodation. Located right above central world shopping mall give us access to also Big C and Siam with just 10 minute walk. Breakfast buffet also impressed us.

Location is good, staff are nice, breakfast was good, spectacular city view from the roof top bar and restaurants.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is kind and helpful. Only note on aircon a bit noisy in the room. Very conveniently connected to the mall downstairs.

Room was nice and spacious, toilet clean, and large breakfast variety. Unfortunately, requests for amenities were frequently wrong, and sometimes they dont arrive. The staff were not always friendly, but the reception staff were helpful Location is near to sian Paragon and a lively area of the city.

My fav Hotel in bkk. They even send a surprise cake for my hubby birthday. Very nice and surprise gesture from the hotel.

We love our stay. Impeccable service and I like how brightly lit the hotel is. Welcoming, clean and minimalist. Security guards and hotel staff everywhere makes you feel welcomed and safe The convenience is unbeatable as it is right above central world. It is linked so you're sheltered. In between platinum mall and siam is also a plus point. We enjoy the breakfast spread as well. Italian bread is soft and cold pressed juice available everyday. Overall, a truly 5 star hotel, clean, brightly lit, breakfast spread has great variety and good restaurants are just a stones throw away. Shopping for local Thai brands all in the same mall. Welcome drinks at the Sky bar for free. Will come back and stay!

Location is superb, just above Central world shopping mall. Breakfast at Ventisi was nice, spread was good and service is good. Room is big and spacious and the king size bed was very very comfortable.

Hotel Stay Review – Centara Grand at CentralWorld (14–21 June 2025) This was our third time staying at Centara Grand at CentralWorld, and we chose this hotel again specifically to celebrate a birthday. We booked three rooms and had requested adjoining rooms in advance. Unfortunately, this request was not taken into consideration by the reservation team, and there was no visible effort made to coordinate or plan accordingly. As a result, we had to swap one of the rooms on the second day, which was inconvenient. Additionally, one of the room door locks was faulty and could not be locked. We brought this up to the night manager, Mr. Sunthorn C. (Sunny), who handled the situation professionally. Though he initially offered to change the room, we expressed our preference to stay in adjoining rooms. Mr. Sunny did his best to find a solution and brought in technical staff late at night to replace the faulty lock. We really appreciated his genuine effort and service recovery, especially when he also offered a complimentary late check-out for the room that we had initially extended with a fee. His service truly made a difference. Breakfast at Ventisi continues to impress us. The freshly baked croissants stood out—they were clearly made with pride, and we could see the chef frequently checking on the quality of the pastries, which we appreciated. On the downside, housekeeping was inconsistent—some days we found that towels were missing, which shouldn’t happen at a hotel of this standard. Traffic around the hotel remains a major issue. In the evenings, it could take up to an hour for what should be a 10-minute journey, which is frustrating. That said, we still love Centara Grand for its direct access to CentralWorld, offering a great selection of restaurants and shops just steps away. We plan to return again, but sincerely hope the hotel improves coordination with room requests and traffic control around the premises. Otherwise, despite our loyalty, we may consider alternative accommodations in the future.

Exactly city centre, above the biggest and crowded shopping mall, convenient for food and shopping, overall good with breakfast nice buffet

Our favourite hotel in Bangkok! Stayed in the family suite with 2 large king sized beds. The walk in wardrobe was a room of it's own. Very clean and comfortable room for 2 adults, 2 kids The gym is very well equipped and has a fantastic view of the city. Pool is on the smallish side.. The hotel is connected to the Central mall via an adjacent lift lobby. Mall opening hours are 10am to 10pm. There are so many shops, that would take 1-2 days to thoroughly cover. Walking distance to other popular malls in the area - Platinum mall, Siam square, Siam Paragon, etc You can see room pics on the hotel website. It's 101% accurate. I'm sharing pics of the surrounding area 😀
