Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy recensioner

Incheckningen tog lång tid, det tog 15 minuter även utan kö, och jag var tvungen att ladda ner en oanvänd app. Lobbyn och restaurangen är väl inredda och poolen är ren och hygienisk. Maten i restaurangen är medelmåttig. Rummet är rymligt, välutrustat, nytt och rent och väldigt tyst. Men kuddarna var för höga och det fanns myggor i rummet, vilket gjorde det obekvämt att sova. Dessutom kan hårtorken inte användas i badrummet, jag var tvungen att ringa receptionen för att veta att hårtorken bara kan användas vid sängen, vilket var lite konstigt. När jag gick ut till receptionen fick jag höra att det fanns myggor i rummet och jag bad om att få spraya insektsmedel behandlats.

The commitment to outstanding service and genuine hospitality at this hotel is undeniable. My experience was overwhelmingly positive. However, its placement, while ideal for those who appreciate the sophisticated suburban ambiance of Sukhumvit, presents a slight drawback for travelers who depend on the efficiency of the BTS SkyTrain for getting around.

We were greeted with awesome hospitality and enjoyed the excellent tranquility of the hotel. Will certainly recommend it to our relatives and friends. Awesome breakfast as well.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great- easy to walk places and very central. Good access to public transport. The breakfast had good options and the room was tidy and spacious. Friendly staff and efficient check in and check out. Things to be improved- it was very busy and the reception was noisy and full of luggage everywhere. The concierge almost gave us the wrong luggage when we handed him the ticket until we corrected him (no locked luggage room). There was a family whose child continuously screamed loudly (she was just playing) and no one from the hotel asked them to use a quieter voice inside the lobby, move outside or go to the kids area. At breakfast, my chair had a sharp screw that went into my leg when I sat down, but the restaurant employee was quick to remove the chair when I showed them and check I was ok. One of the rooms had a faulty plug for the bath (it wouldn’t stay down so we couldn’t fill the bath) and the hot water didn’t work- even after running it for a long time, it didn’t warm up. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The room is quite spacious and clean. It’s located inside an alley. Its location is in between asok bts n phrom phong bts within 10-15 mins walking distance.

Breakfast spot is Mexican style

Had a 3N stay in Nov. Appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a suite. Living room and bedroom were huge, with free minibar drinks as well. For the location, the route leading to the main road was narrow, so abit dangerous when walking as there was traffic from both sides. For the breakfast, quite a disappointment. Best to give it a miss and have a longer sleep.

Nice hotel for kids. But there are rooms for developments for breakfast. A bit far away from BTS. Otherwise, overall stay is okay.

Excellent location with spacious and spotless rooms, complemented by very friendly bellboys. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. However, the experience was marred by the receptionists, who generally displayed poor attitudes and lacked customer service skills. When I encountered issues connecting to the WiFi on my MacBook Pro, I was told to visit the reception area for assistance, whereas most hotels would typically send someone to help in the room. On my departure day, I requested help with my luggage around 6:55 am, and the receptionist claimed there were no bellboys available. Yet, when I reached the lobby, a bellboy was present at the door. Despite this, the three receptionists on duty failed to apologize for their inadequate service. During my stay, I frequently passed the reception area and noticed the staff often ignored me, pretending to be occupied even though there were no guests waiting. I hope the hotel management will retrain their frontline staff to improve customer service etiquette. The rating of such a wonderful hotel is unfortunately lowered by a few unprofessional employees.

Great hotel for families!! Big rooms and very comfortable beds, the kids loved the hotel, great breakfast, cool environment, location is 7 min walk to Asok St and Terminal 21, Central but still quiet area ,  We are very happy we booked this hotel, and for sure will be back there again!!

Amazing little hotel nestled behind the back alleys. Not so short walk to emquartier but a short walk over to emsphere. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was not as bad as the reviews mentioned. The spread was acceptable, maybe just insufficient staff in certain moments (ie cups ran out, tables not cleaned after etc). The shower was similar to what reviews mentioned (ie hot and cold) and I finally understood the aircond sound review (ie the aircond sounds like it's from the 90s - but we did turn the fan speed down and turn the temp down which was bearable at night). All in all, it's one of the ok options in the area

pick this hotel location for the location but everything that basic hotel provide dont have from the moment i enter. No slippers no tooth brush/paste etc and have to called and ask for from the receptions and locate at level 2, no options for quieter rooms when i book from trips unlike booking directly from their websites

The experience overall was great. The room was of a great setting for a family. Friendly crew, great breakfast. Probably a few issues I experience was with the difficult to open wardrobe and inconsistent water pressure from the shower. Will definitely consider again next time
