Amazing hotel very centred located best location near to all amazing places and attraction lovely hotel clean and tidy

It’s a good property. The usp of this property is its location. You have plenty of food options around and it’s nice with the centre of Nana property. Staff is nice too Overall a good experience.

Location is good if you don't mind walk about 12 to 15 mins from Nana station. Hotel provide free 24 hrs transportation service from Hotel to close to beginning of Sol 8 where it is near to Nana station. For guests who have not yet checked in, please note that the WhatsApp number for transport arrangements is +66 ***** ****. I requested this number during my booking through Trip.com twice to get this number before checking in. However, the hotel front desk informed me that they were not aware of this request. According to the acknowledgement email from Trip.com, my special request was forwarded to the hotel. Trip.com could improve its service by ensuring requests are properly handled, rather than just forwarding them. This would have saved me the inconvenience of dragging my luggage for 15 minutes from the BTS station to the hotel. I booked two rooms for this stay. In one of the rooms, the heater was not working well, and it took the hotel two days to rectify this issue. Hence, I rated the facilities 4/5. The gym is not big but good enough, I shared some photos taken from the gym. The front desk service is excellent and helpful, especially compared to another hotel I previously stayed at along Sol 8. The Citadines front desk staff are more cheerful, which is why I rated the service 5/5. I think I will stay in Citadines again in future.

my go to hotel when in Sukhumvit. Modern quiet clean well appointed rooms with good hot water. Executive studio has plenty of natural sunlight a good size for two people. Close to nana skytrain with many restaurants and bars, the Sportsman in soi 13 is recommended for sports and Tuesday night quiz night. Complimentary tuktuk from hotel to Sukhumvit road

Room was quiet and comfortable in size for our group of 3. The hotel provides tuktuk services to and from the BTS station, which was good as the location was quite far in from the main road. The water heater was a bit wonky and alternated between very hot and cold water. We had issues with our toilet flush which the staff helped to fix promptly.

Room was quite spacious and clean. The service staff at the counter was polite. Though there's quite a fair bit of distance from nearest BTS Nana, there's complimentary 24-hrs tuktuk service provided by hotel to and fro between the 7-11 at Nana station and the hotel

This place is located in central Bangkok, near sky train and subway station. There's free shuttle service 24h. The room is clean, spacious with well equipped kitchenette and complete amenities. The staff speak politely and provide good services.

Excellent service from staff, available tuk tuk helps a lot, beds are comfy and area is close to Nana station once you hop off the hotel tuk tuk
