Hotel is clean and good. Room service is up to standard. Just take the tv is abit small when I watch football.

The room is very different from photos of the room. Someone posted wrong photos of the room on trip.com. Hope it gets changed. The room and location is ok, next to terminal 21 and BTS train station

Excellent location, excellent hospitality, excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel is abit dated but it’s not much of an issue because most things work well. The bed is uncomfortable because it’s too soft and does not have movement isolation. My partner and I would wake each other up when we turn in our sleep. I would stay again.

I’ve stayed at the Westin Grande Sukhumvit a few times now and do not book any other property because I’m very impressed with the rooms, breakfast, restaurants, and location. The staff is very curious and helpful. A wonderful hotel!

Best location in between 2 BTS train station line. Hotel staff were all helpful and food court next to it is quite affordable.

Everything was great as I enjoy the convenience of the location close to public transportation and tourist attractions. The hotel is clean and employees there are always there to help. I do hope they keep the room ventilated/air conditioned when it is vacant. The furnitures in the room smelled a little musty when I moved in.
