Hotellets hygiennivå är genomsnittlig Det finns fläckar på mattan i rummet. Hotellet kan överväga att förbättra sin hygienkvalitet. Rummet är medelstort och cirka 5 till 10 minuters promenad från tunnelbanan. Hotellfrukosten är medelmåttig, inte många matval. Om jag väljer igen kommer jag att välja några hotell med bättre kostnadsprestanda.

Detta var min andra resa till Bangkok och det var inte så bra. Faciliteterna är föråldrade och inte ljudisolerade... Framför allt är renlighet det värsta.... Kroppshåren och döda hudceller från de tidigare personerna finns fortfarande kvar... Frukosten var inte heller så bra och jag tror inte att jag skulle ha ätit där för det priset. Det enda som var okej var poolen....

The staff at the front desk does not seem happy with their job, they are a bit rude even. The rooms are quite small for 3 people and the extra bed they put on the room is very small. The view from the room is not good, a wall and a lot of laundry hanging outside as a view. People look directly into your room. When we arrived the room was not clean, towels and bed covers have a very bad smell. Towels have a disgusting smell when you use them. A lot of stains everywhere, see picture. Carpet on the floor around the bed is not clean, dust, hair etc that can easily be removed with a vacuum cleaner. Pool is very nice on the 8th floor. Shower area you can use there when you have a late flight is too hot, so you get overheated to the airport. Overall not a good experience. I would recommend another hotel in the same area, because the location is great!

Wonderful hotel and in a fantastic location! The happy hour prices for drinks by the pool making staying here even better.

Big room, walk 8 mins only can reach Terminal 21. Didn't try the hotel breakfast, outside have few restaurant, price decent. So far everything is ok.

Great stay throughout the 4 nights in this hotel. Service was great.
