Absolutely satisfied with the hotel. Staff was very warm and friendly and they pay attention to little details which you don’t receive at bigger hotels. There is a very nice cafe at the lobby area and I enjoyed my quiet breakfast time there. Loved the room deco and it was all well equipped with the necessities. Easy to get to Phra Khanong BTS station.

Nice little hotel in the corner with coffee shop attached. Close to BTS Phrom Phong.

Perfect place to stay… highly recommend

This is the second time I spent my nights here. The room is comfy and chic. Although it is a bit far from bts station, the location is still acceptable. Staff are nice and helpful. However, it’s a bit noisy during the night when large cars pass by. The cafe is worthy visiting too!

Location wise it’s a bit of walk from the bts station. Design wise is good. Lobby and the restaurant in the same space, beautifully designed and love the small props they are selling. As for the room, the design is great again. Acoustic need to be improved. I can hear the ambulance or cars honking even though my room doesn’t have a window facing the road. Other room closing their door will somehow shake the bedhead wall which is quite annoying when im on the bed. Receptionist are very helpful, wiling to help me to store my luggage after i checked out as my flight is at night time so i still have another half day.

Nice and cosy little hotel. Clean room. Friendly staff and I was offered a refreshing welcome drink after I checked in to the hotel. Highly recommended.

Good hotel, nice service, good bed, good location

隔音設備真的需要改善 關門可以聽到隔壁房大聲講電話 每字每句都很清楚 剛好又遇到馬路半夜施工 睡眠品質很差很想連夜搬走 其他房內空間、服務人員態度都讓人滿意

就説兩點，二道門不是每個人都會關緊，所以半夜經常報警，再就是樓會晃，三級地震那種，不信邪的大膽訂

친절합니다,시설은 그럭저럭 직원이 친절해요 좋아요, 헤어드라이기가 있긴 한데 약하고 따뜻한 물이 잘 안나와서 힘들었네요. 그거만 아니면 좋음

這家酒店的裝修風格和衞生我還是滿意的 但是這個酒店的服務態度很粗暴讓人噁心..我晚上到酒店的時候都已經九點多了 來的時候酒店連燈都沒開 繞了一圈才看到酒店正門..我已經很累了當時 打算洗個熱水澡然後就休息的時候 發現淋浴把手左右晃動不了.. 然而 當時前台沒有和我説這個淋浴器的問題 這家酒店真正的調節器在上面 而且温度特別不穩定 有時候會突然有涼水有時候也會突然給你燙到..我最開始不知道這個事情 我以為是有什麼bug在裏面..我擔心在洗的過程中水温會涼 洗涼水澡會感冒..通過Facebook找的她們網上客服 客服最開始就讓我傻等 等半個多小時 然後已讀不回 後來安排一個保安上樓查看情況 ..結果這哥們一句英語不會..我衹能主動要求和客服電話聯繫 客服告訴我晚上九點以後她們下班了 沒有前台服務 我説那我要是有急事怎麼辦 她説你這個温水問題不是什麼急事..This is not a rush problem她親口説的 從始至終她都沒有和我説一句抱歉 都沒説什麼Sorry I know you're feeling bad..意思就是我洗涼水澡沒事 無所謂 反正她家有熱水..前台客服這步操作讓我覺得這家酒店很冷漠 再也不會再信任這家酒店 而且他們家這個樣子 有事的時候客服不回 保安不接電話 大堂找不着人 以後如果有人獨自來旅行 突然間摔倒需要緊急治療什麼的 我看這個女的也會説not a rush problem~

地段方便，附近就有很多商店，價格優惠，床很舒服

很棒很精緻的酒店，乾淨又精緻的極簡風格設計，讓我很難在其他同等級的酒店裡有其他選擇！ 一樓餐廳早餐非常精緻、非常有水平，是值得一再入住的好選擇！
