3.5 out of 5 overall Good value for money. Decent sized room. Comfortable beds. All the basic amenities. Nice touches - the breakfast was better than expected. Could be improved - noisy furnace, noisy refrigerator Good but not 100% reliable - the hotel offers an airport shuttle to the hotel, but it was occupied the night we arrived due to concert in town. Luckily taxis and rental cars were available.

The pictures for this place tell a thousand lies. Run. Do not book this place. The room was dark, musty and dingy. The carpet was stained and dirty. There was NO ELECTRICITY from approximately 1 a.m. to 3 00 p.m!!! My food I The refrigerator spoiled and we had to use the light from our phones to shower and get ready. No one took the initiative to inform guests about the problem and front desk was rude and unprofessional in responding to inquiries. Meanwhile, the Super 8 Located directly across from them had electricity and a lot more professional. 1 star is being generous.

It’s only fair to give it a four because of the price. It was quite reasonable in comparison with every place else in the area. Overall, I would consider it quite dated. It has seen better days, but it’s management is trying very earnestly and my check-in boarded on delightful. The included breakfast buffet was more than adequate. The room was well equipped, but far from luxurious. The bed head, lots of pillows, but wasn’t that comfortable, a little firm for me. They had plenty of hot water, even though they had those old style faucets that I do not like I made the best of it. At first glance, I thought there were leaves on the floor of the tub, but it was just where the coating had chipped away. Housekeeping did good a job as they possibly could with what they had to work with. Be careful the driveway had craters reminiscent of the surface of the moon. If you have a construction crew, you’ll have to put up for a few days a week. This would be the place to go.

Great, affordable spot to visit Bangor. Our son played football for Husson and we were making plenty of trips, this motel met our expectations and didn't break the bank with kind staff. Breakfast included. Safe location. Clean rooms. Easy to find and near the highway.

We went to Bangor for a quick 2 day getaway. It was three hours from home and we had never been before. Spent some time looking for an inexpensive motel that would fit the bill. We do not book unless it has decent reviews and have generally been rewarded with good to excellent basic accommodation. Not this time! We would question the veracity of the reviews for this dump! I think the pictures tell some of the issues with this place, but certainly not all. First the positive: Easily located using Google maps. Had running water. TV worked. So much for the positive. The carpeting was so old it was worn down to the bare threads (I kid you not!). The ceiling finish was falling off. The exterior was filthy. The bathroom fan was so loud it was like having a semi-truck running in the bathroom and it turned on automatically when ever you turned on the light. If you needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night you either did not turn the light on or woke up your partner with the sound of the fan. The microwave was in the cabinet below the TV (on the floor!). To use it you had to get on your hands and knees and crawl into the the cabinet (No, really, I am not joking!) There were 2x4s and yellow tape nailed to the outside walkway closing off the two rooms next to us (and blocking a potential escape route in case of fire). My thought was that it looked like a crime scene. Strange thought to have, however, the next morning I walked to the other side of the motel to find the police conducting a CSI investigation of another room - HMMMM. But all of this was not the worst! The worst was the beds. We have stayed in some less than stellar motels, places we would never return to, but, usually, the beds are at least tolerable. Not so with this place! The beds were so bad that I am writing this review two days after returning home and I have spent the past two days using muscle relaxants and a heating pad to lessen the pain in my back from trying to sleep on the worst mattress ever! Please Please Please, do not make the mistake we made! Spend just a few dollars more and save yourself from the horrors of this motel.

The place is old and out dated. Very noisy during the night. Needs more lights inside the motel room. Need to look for a better motel. Parking lot needs work as well. They need to put Senior Citizens on the bottom floor

Great little motel for the price. Room was very clean. It was quiet. I really liked having a fridge in the room. The continental breakfast was delicious. I had a very good nights sleep. They have a pretty cool pancake maker in the breakfast area. The front desk lady was very pleasant. I was a bit concerned when reading reviews on different websites but took my chances and was pleasantly surprised. Thanks!

I was shocked when I entered my room. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed, the bathroom had hair everywhere, the sink was broken, and you could see the outline of someone’s bum on the toilet. The hotel was booked solid for the night, so I couldn’t switch rooms. I grabbed my Clorox wipes I had and cleaned the bathroom myself. In the morning I decided to take a really good shower since now I questioned the cleanliness of the sheets. I discovered as I got out, that every single towel they gave me was covered in hair. Thankfully I had brought one of my own for the beach to use. Checkout was sketchy. No one was at the desk, someone sat on a couch in the lobby and told me to just leave my key since the computers weren’t working. Not sure if he worked there, or was trying to be a helpful guest. Will never stay here again! It was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in! And P.S. there are no elevators.
