Hotel Annapurna

The location is good owing to the places to visit in and around Bishnupur. The food quality is average but the service and hospitality of the property is below average. The amount of money they are charging for each day stay including breakfast but the service is pathetic with unskilled and unprofessional hands at work. The Bathrooms are very claustrophobic and lacks proper exhaust. The water pressure in the bathroom also lacks power significantly. Overall it is not worth staying with such tariffs as mentioned above. The breakfast is not good at all. It is apt for a Bengali traveller but not for all. There is no scope of ordering anything from kitchen like eggs or paratha and one has to restrict completely to the menu on display. The chef also is very novice and one can be easily fooled with the menu card and actual service of food after order. Food is also expensive compared to the service and taste and not to forget the quantity and quality. U hope people consider the above stuffs before coming here and spending thousands to be fooled ultimately.

I'm just back from an exceedingly pleasant stay at this hotel.Though one is first impressed with it's modern look, it's the staff that need the most accolades - always smiling, courteous and ready to assist. One even traveled out on his motorcycle to guide us to the hotel site!! Rooms were clean andwell furnished - food was delicious. In fact the Chinese meal was exceptional It was all genuinely perfect! Thank you for an exceedingly comfortable and trouble free holiday.

Stayed in this hotel on 9th to 10th feb 2025 after booking through and making full prepayment through cleartip .com.we book their premium room BILAS on tripple occupancy basis for 3 adults and my 5 years old twin daughters.on reaching the hotel after negotiating through a labyrinth of narrow lanes and bylanes of bihnupur around 1 pm there no warm wecome as such.ftount iffice lacks warmth & hospitality.we were told about a weird hotel policy that since the sumtotal of the age of my twin daughers exceeds 10 years i will have to pay for one child 1500rs plus GST which comes to 1680 rs and that to i have to pay before check in.later when i went through the hotel brochure as well as their website there id a mention that extra adult in the room charge is 1200 rs alongwith matress on the FLOOR.here i am paying 1680rs for a child without any extra bedding.this point is not mentioned anywhere.not even cleartrip.com aware of this rule when i enquired with them.room is okayish.food is extremely expensive.since there is no decent eatery nearby probably they are taking advantage.our lunch and dinner for three adults for one day was around 4000rs!!. My plan included complimentary breakfast which had limited items and amount with reluctance to replenis the juice decanter or empty vessels.there is a small swimming pool just adjacent to the parking space which lacks privacy at all.only nice thing of this stay is mr.partha who was always ready to attend with the smile.rest nothing much to write back home.in a nutshell this hotel requires good training in hospitality particularly the frount office if they want to exist in this competitive world of hospitality industry.after checking out we went to nearby sonar bangla joypur forest and felt like heaven.

We stayed in two rooms for three nights to see the terracotta temples of bishnupur. The hotel was perfect in every respect. Staff helpful and friendly and rooms service good. Food was good, especially the breakfast. Roof bar well worth frequenting.
