This "Residence" is absolutely disgraceful. I arrived here with family. The plan was to spend here the next three days. The hygiëne and the inside of our residence was HORRENDOUS. (we had the appartment that you can see on the left of the picture, right behind the pool). The inside of the appartment had fungus on the ceiling, broken off cupboards, stains in the bathrooms and it reeked like death. This stay was so disgusting that my dad refused to even open his suitcase. Don't try and contact anyone though, because the Wifi also didn't work. Bukit Jaya didn't solve any of the problems and said they were in the process of doing "renovations". So how is that our problem? We paid for this pathetic excuse of a "villa" already. No refunds, of course. Eventually, Bukit Jaya sent out a middle man (who was not affiliated with Bukit Jaya, but was tasked with showing us alternative hotels to stay at). Bram was so kind and polite to us, doing his best to show us alternative hotels. He wasn't responsible for the mess Bukit Jaya left behind, but he took full responsibility nonetheless. Even though Bram wasn't affiliated with Bukit Jaya, he still tried to solve the problem for us. Bukit Jaya CEO Kenneth would never handle the problem himself. He will instead try to outsource it and then hide behind his desk. Bukit Jaya is an absolute disgrace. If I were to look up the definition of the word "Disgrace" in the English dictionary, I would see a picture of their villas. Do NOT book here unless your favorite hobby is snorting fungus off of the ceiling! Was signed - Bboypaul180
