We visited Manali between 24th May - 30th May 2024 to experience its beautiful scenic places, activities, river, Rohtang Pass, Gompa etc. Our stay at Lemon Tree hotel enhanced our experience and helped achive our objective... All the staff at Lemon Tree are very attentive, offering great experience. Especially,Mr. Rana who has been managing this property is a nice guy, very humble, attentive and customer centric. During our stay, Mr. Rana had arranged our visit to Span Inn Spa & Resort which is another beautiful property owned by same Span Inn Motels Pvt. Ltd. Pros - 1. Highway touch well maintained property 2. Peaceful location 3. Spacious rooms with Hill View 4. Great ambience 5. Availability of Parking Cons 1. Limited Breakfast options 2. Meal/Dinner is bit expensive I would highly recommend you to consider LemonTree, better than other options.

I booked 4 deluxe rooms for 2 nights . The rooms are big and clean and have a hill view facing . The bathroom is clean and nice. The location is excellent on the main manali road. The check in and check out was quick . Tikam thakur and the team were excellent in service. The food at dinner and breakfast was tasty and very nice.

Lemon Tree Hotel is one of my favorite hotel chains. This hotel in Manali is relatively new, having only recently acquired a Lemon Tree franchise. Sharing some of my personal experiences - Advantages- 1. Comfortable and spacious Rooms 2. Good Play Area (TT /Gym) 2. Property with a highway view on Mile-15 (14 kilometers before Manali). Cons- 1. Location- It's quite remote from Manali's main attractions (or you could say it's a quiet place that keeps you away from the crowds:) ) 2. Breakfast Buffet- Considering the average room price, the breakfast buffet needs improvement, as there are no non-vegetarian (chicken/sausage/etc ) or bakery (croissants/cakes/etc..) options. My other observation - The hotel location indicated on Google Maps was incorrect (after we arrived, hotel management informed us that there is another hotel with a similar name on Mall Road in Manali) and some legal proceedings are underway to update the location. So, while traveling, please ensure that the coordinates are verified directly from the Hotel. Happy Vacationing!

We were a group of six people, my daughter, son in law , wife and parents of son in law. We wanted to be somewhat away from town. We chanced upon the Span Inn and suites while surfing through the site of Span Resort and Spa and helpful and friendly behavior of Mr Rana G the manager of Span Inn and Suites. We stayed there for three days starting 15th January and were satisfied with the hospitality experienced. Premier rooms are large, have large window opening to a grand view of the mountains above Naggar, especially with lots of snow topping the peaks during January. The property is new, clean and is by the roadside with convenient parking , we had driven down from Chandigarh in our own cars. We had opted for MAP, Modified American Plan , including both breakfast and dinner. Both breakfast and dinner had more than adequate choice and variety and the food quality was very good. The staff was very cooperative,well behaved and helpful. Mr Rana also arranged a visit for us to Span Resort and Spa whose location, facilities and ambience was impressive. To and fro to Solang Nallha and Manali was in our own vehicles and there was no problem. Overall a very good experience which we are inclined to repeat.

We were two families (4 adults and 1 kid) travelling together and stayed for 2 nights(30 dec - 1 Jan). We were impressed by the neat and clean property. The staff was courteous and always eager to help. We had our breakfast and lunch on both days and can say the food quality and preparation was excellent. Would like to call out Mr Gulshan and his team from the restaurant who met all our requests. The rooms were neat and clean. The view from the premier room we stayed on was excellent with snow clad mountains visible. The one thing i felt they can improve upon is the breakfast spread which can have more options. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would recommend the hotel for families and couples.
