The only thing good about this hotel is its location and quiet atmosphere. The choice of vegetarian food in the restaurant is very limited, and in some cases, not even separated from the non-veg menu. The quality of food also is below average, the Upma in the breakfast buffet was extremely oily and undercooked and even the bread was stale. No juices were available as well. We also witnessed the waiter serving someone a dish they hadn’t asked for, and after they refused it, it was consumed by the waiter in the dining area itself, which was quite shocking. The food overall was overpriced and bad (a single overcooked chapati was priced at ₹100+tax). The only good thing was the dedicated service of Mr. Rahman, an elderly housekeeping staff. The bathroom has extremely slippery vinyl tiles and bathtub’s coating was peeling. Overall, the location was excellent and the room was decent and spacious with nice English decor, but the service and food were abysmal.

Great Experience. Good property... Worth visiting... Great service by Shaukatbhai and Rehman chacha... Food is really delicious and hygienic.... Near to Gandola... Nice view from gallery... .. Good Historical property.. Good Management.

A very pleasant experience, the views are amazing, hotel staff is very polite, cooperative and experienced. Had a pleasant stay. MR.HILAL,sheikh amin and salman rafi ,at the reception very extremely helpful, dining staff Mr parvez and javed were a blast of cook with amazing cuisines and dinner served hot and on time every time.

The place was good nice hospitality, food also was good, but the room heater was not working properly i.e not too much of heat. Bathroom and rooms are maintained very nearly. Hot water was provided time to time, and it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend to choose this hotel.

Mr. Sheikh amin was really spectacular in assisting us with various things. The hotel’s location is amazing although there is some issues with the flooring outside the rooms of the H block I liked the food and the hospitality is top notch. The food is amazing and high in quality. There were some issues with the geyser in the start but the staff fixed it in no time
