The warm stay at Pine View resort was equally impressive. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the linens are of the highest quality. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The restaurant at the hotel serves some of the tastiest and highest quality food I have ever had the pleasure of eating. The chefs at Pine View Hotel and Restaurant are truly talented, and they take great care in preparing each dish with the finest ingredients. The food is served hot, fresh, and with excellent presentation. I especially loved the local Kashmiri cuisine on offer, which was bursting with flavor.

Recently visited Gulmarg and stayed at Pine View Resort, loved the stay because of its beautiful location and the stunning views, particularly of the snow capped peaks of the Himalayas and also rooms were clean and well maintained, comfortable heated beds, and also friendly and helpful staff @Kaiser & Ashiq had a great time with you

with my family and we all had a wonderful stay. The hospitality and the service are so good that you will definitely look forward to staying in this hotel again. The buffet spreads for breakfast and dinner were the best we had during the stay. The staff is so humble and keen to take your requests and fulfill it without any delay. We also loved the attitude of stewards at the restaurant who make the service of this hotel unique and special. Thank you

This made it super easy to explore around. The room was really nice and comfy, making the stay even better. But what stood out the most was the food. Multiple food options available and then they provide freshly cooked food, They made sure that we enjoy and relax at the trip. All in all, it was a fantastic experience with comfy rooms, friendly staff, and amazing experience.

Very close to provisional stores as well. The staff was well-spoken and really helpful, Has a pleasant 4 days stay. Breakfast and dinner quality was impressive. Super deluxe rooms were spacious, room service good. Excellent location,The food was delicious 😋 and staff was very supportive & co-operative, value for money.

The rooms and service was at its best. The food at the restaurant was remarkable and worth recommending. Both Veg and Non- veg options are available at all times, The food was very tasty compare to other hotels and rooms are very clean and neat. After all I like this hotel and I will suggest my friends and relatives who is coming to gulmarg.

Many people put one star just because the hotel is not as fancy as a tacky 7 star one with golden door handles. However, Britannia is very clean, personnel is nice and friendly, always ready to help at any time. Food is great with an affordable price. We had our room with river view and rooms have air conditioning system that works very well. Beds are comfortable. When I lost my wallet in the common living room, I found it the next day straight on my bedside table as one of the cleaners had collected and left it there. Our stay couldn't be better. I definitely recommend this hotel

The breakfast is good and plentiful. I think the hotel should revise its security measures for the dining room, as we experienced 2 freeloaders getting a breakfast on the house, even after being asked to leave. Something could be done about the room doors. The door closers slam the door in the last 4 inches. This woke us both up during the night.
