It was smelly when we get out from the lift at level 6. I think it was came from the carpet. And, the room that we stayed also smells like room is empty for a very long time. The hair dryer that provided is small with slow wind. Suggestion for those girls, you better to bring your own hair dryer. Other than that every thing is ok.

Im so amaze with the hotel. The room is clean and big. toilet also big. food delicious and tasty. the staff so friendly and service is amazing. i will stay this place again. Oh ya! u get welcome drink also. i like it

Hotel refused to cancel or even agree to a partial refund when I wasn't able to fly to Penang on those dates .

nice hotel, nice room that is very comfortable for a family of 4. the hotel staff is very nice friendly and helpful. In room dining is delicious and the price is reasonable. Breakfast buffet is nice however is good if hotel will add more variety of food and dessert especially penang food.

This hotel really suitable for those who want privacy and quiet environment. The room really comfortable and clean. Beach located just across the road which take about 5 mins walking from hotel. At night we chose to dine in room by hotel. Surprisingly the taste is so good and the price is really affordable. Overall, we really enjoyed stayed in this hotel. Will come again soon .

Location of the hotel is near to the beach and we can use buggy service to go there. Service all good and very satisfied with my staycation here. The room has a great view, Im so happy! Breakfast needs to have more varieties and toilet bowl need to be clean properly. Other than that, this hotel is very nice to stay in.👍

Toilet floor to bad. Tiles was crack and fill with cement. Shower valve not fully function. Sink stoper stuck causing water retain. Need to pull out using sharp item. All this was not maintain.

A bit outskirt of batu ferringghi's prime area. Talam set was delightful and value for money. Pool was just nice.
