Our priority is always the safety and comfort of all our guests, including children, and we apologize if our initial decision caused you any inconvenience. Also I wanted to let you know, that check-in time is from 15h00, early check-in is subjected to availability and may have an extra charge; that queen bed room was the only room available. This is why later we could change you the room.We appreciate that the issue was later resolved and that you were able to enjoy the remainder of your stay.Thanks again for your comments, and for us would be great to welcome you in a future.Best regards from Barcelona.
