Best hostel i ever been at. Nice rooms with not too many people, a lot of social activities and interactions and good vibes

If you want to party and socialise this is a great hostel.

I had an excellent stay at Onefam Paralelo! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. Jo was very nice, informative and made sure I had everything I needed. The hostel itself is clean, cozy, and has a great vibe. I appreciated the little touches such as the free dinners and free tours. They really went the extra mile.

Great staff all around, great experience. Will be back asap. Everyday an activity is planned that is free which you can join along. This is a great way to meet people for the bar crawl and clubbing that they offer in the evening which also includes free entry. Free dinner every night which always hits the spot

I have a lot to say about Hostel One Paralelo, but I'll try to keep it brief: This place is, by definition, outstanding. Without a doubt the best destination in Barcelona for young, solo travellers. I'll start off with the staff since this is pretty much what made the experience incredible. The Hostel is staffed by young people who run trip, evening activities, and manage the day to day running of the property. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure each guest had a fantastic stay. I can't give enough praise to the staff running Paralelo, since they truly are the backbone of the Hostel. Trips are run every day to the best sights in Barcelona so no need to worry if you don't know how to get around. Evening activities are dinner (always home cooked and always tasty), a good chance to socialise before heading out to bars and clubs if you want. There's something to do every day to fill your trip. The Hostel itself is spotless, and I mean spotless. I think I saw cleaners every day and guests are super respectful and clean. I stayed in a 6 room dorm and aside from snoring (expected) got a good night's sleep. Beds are really spacious and comfy with privacy curtains. Plenty of drawers/storage and a great view from room balcony. Plenty of showers/bathrooms in shared areas. Fridge storage in kitchen, coffee, tea and biscuits. Full cooking facilities. Terrace out back for socialising. If you're debating which Hostel to choose in Barcelona, choose this one. Seriously. You won't regret it. The hundreds of glowing reviews don't lie. Can easily say this was the best hostel experience I've had so far as a solo traveler. First of all, the staff members were all extremely friendly and welcoming - Clari, Maaike, Levi, Derek, Vali, Isa to name a few. The hostel has activities planned all throughout the day, which gives everyone plenty of opportunities to meet other like-minded travelers. They host family dinners every night, followed by drinking games before heading out to the bars and clubs together with hosts and travelers from other Hostel One (One Fam) hostels. Absolutely enjoyed my time here and hope to be back someday!
