I have requested a room in higher floor, far from lift. However I was allocated a room on 1st floor next to lift. The noise in the corridors is loud and some you can hear clearly in late night. Also you can see nothing through the window as it is a wall outside the window. The view is quite bad as you can’t see anything. The location is good, close to Espanya underground station. Airport shuttle bus stop is outside hotel as well. A good restaurant is 1-min walk from hotel. The reception lady and gentleman are very good apart from one wearing glasses. Room service is done pretty well and it is clean. Shower water is hot and strong, which is good. Free luggage storage.

Very close to plaza espanya. A lot of bars around. But the soundproof of the room is really bad.

Lovely hotel in a great location in Barcelona. The staff were excellent and very welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. The pool although quite small was a very welcome addition in the heat! Would definitely recommend this Hotel as a good base for exploring the city.

Very convenient location to walk to centre in 15 mins and catch Airport bus as well. Very helpful reception staff with useful local knowledge.

Когда я прочитала, что звукоизоляция плохая, я просто не понимала насколько. Я слышала как у соседей двигаются шторы. Отель сделан в современном дизайне, но в первый же вечер у меня отвалалась одна из основных ламп подсветки комнаты, я сходила на ресепшен, на что мне сказали, что "так бывает, ничего страшного". При этом один из. выключателей начал скрежетать, а через 3 дня вся эта подсветка, которая является основным источником энергии - перестала работать. При всем этом, отель чистый, персонал вежливый, я очень довольна балконом в номере, который выходил на Тибедабо. Если бы не проблемы со светом и звуком - смело могла бы рекомендовать этот отель

Bien ubicado y recién remodelado, el personal muy atento y servicial.

房間一般般、稍微有點暗、出差衹住了一晚。地理位置很好、周邊就是景點、商圈。

挺滿意，巴塞隆拿的消費水平很高，這個酒店的位置非常好，價格還真不算貴。步行到西班牙廣場，sants車站都很近

방도 넒고 침구도 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 에스파냐 과장옆이라 공항갈때도 너무 편하게 이용했습니다. 다음에도 여기 묵어야겠어요.

Personnel a.l accueil très pro , chambre pas très bien isolé phonétiquement (portes qui claquent ) et pas de.petit déjeuner possible sur place 😕. Sinon très bien placé , métro et centre commercial en face .n

位置很方便

I stayed for two nights for a conference held nearby at Palau de Congressos. The location was very convenient - just 5-10 mins walking to the show venue. The hotel seems to be getting renovated. There was no breakfast as the restaurant area was under construction. A couple floors are marked as closed - I assume for similar work. I had a room on Floor 3 that appeared recently renovated and was very comfortable. The room was quiet in the evening - construction noise during the day. I went to a Starbucks just steps away for my breakfast. There were mahy dining options nearby for other meals. For convenience of location this could not be better. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff. Pointed me in the right direction for public transport links, shops and banks. Good location. Comfortable room and good breakfast restaurant. Only downside was no coffee making facilities in room - but that seems normal in Spain.
