Great service, beautiful rooms!

Amazing service from start to end . Prateek Gave us an amazing room . The Boys franko and Yoniel Gave too much Help with Our luggage during check in and checkout . Thank you so much Team W . Appreciate it .

Everything was good except we waited for our room nearly 5pm which was exhausted.

Best location and great service however hotel is not well maintained so we had a few broken appliances in each room

Incredible hotel. Fantastic service. Lovely swimming pool and a range of restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered food to the room was disgusting. We complained but no refund. They charged us extra night for early check in spite they had free room.

When I checked out, I went to the door alone with three suitcases to wait for the bus, during which time none of the staff showed me a friendly attitude. As I put my suitcase in the trunk of my car, the attendant at the door just stood there and watched, not trying to help. In addition, on the same day, I found that I had lost my bag and a backpack. I had called the front desk of the W Hotel several times, hoping that they could retrieve the surveillance camera at the door, but each time they did not help me solve any problems. I called a total of three times, the first time the staff said to call me back in an hour, but after three hours he did not call back, so I called the hotel reception again to ask what happened. But the front desk of the hotel just asked me to repeat the process, and told me that she did not know what had happened before because of the shift change, and the last staff member did not tell her, so I told her the story again. I told the receptionist about the approximate time when the color brand of my two bags had been lost, and she just told me that she would call me back after we checked. It's been a whole day and I haven't received any calls from the W hotel. I think the service is very poor and suffocating for a five-star hotel

Great spa with sauna and steam room.

Amazing views of beach and sunrise, attractive hotel outlook, helpful tips for taxi passenger, very nice sundeck and pool, good for jogging!

Location is nice if you wish to stay near the beaches and Barceloneta ..good Peruvian restaurant

The check is was terrible. I had to wait for my room for more than 1 hour and it was already 4PM and the staff told me that if I didn’t want to wait he would give me not a nice room. Before check out a staff came to my room really rude saying that I exceeded the time by 40 minutes

Firstly, it's too pricey and doesn't really offer good value. It feels very hot even after adjusting the temperature to the lowest setting (19 degrees Celsius being the lowest possible). The room is a bit old, and water flows out from the shower room while showering. The bathroom area is extremely dark. This package cost me around $6K HKD, and I can confidently say it doesn't compare well to other new 5-star hotels in Barcelona. The best thing about W is the bar/restaurant on the 26th floor. The staff is generally rude and impolite, possibly including some of the security staff. The reception staff assisting with check-in are also unfriendly, possibly due to a large number of guests waiting.
