Fast check in and check out. Pleasant stay and good location near the passé de Garcia. There are restaurants around the corner. The only thing is the noise from the corridor is easily heard

I stayed here for 5nights and my Overall experience was good. My only turn off was that it takes them time to tidy up the room. For instance I got out at 10am coming back at 5pm the room is still not tidy, about 15-20mins after I had returned you see the house keeping knocking on the door to come clean the room at 5:30. Other than this I enjoyed my stay and it was close to major places

Despite my clear request for a room far from the elevator and not in a corner, I was assigned a room that was both near the elevator and in a corner. What shocked me even more was that this is the first time I have encountered a hotel asking for the CVV code of my credit card. A friend of mine who stayed here experienced fraudulent charges on their card afterward. This raises significant concerns about how securely guest information is handled. To make matters worse, some front desk staff were cold and unwelcoming, showing a lack of professionalism that does not align with the standards one would expect from a hotel of this reputation. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to Asian travelers, as the treatment I received felt highly unprofessional and discriminatory. I hope the hotel management seriously addresses these issues and takes steps to ensure no guest has to endure such an experience in the future.

Nice hotel, close to Casa Batlló and Casa Mila, not far from the station.

Convenient location, everything can be found near the hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. A bit noisy from late coming guests but that’s BCN.

Staff is very helpful and friendly, I had 2 separate bookings and they found the best solution on how to allocate me. Breakfast is very tasty, great variety of local cheese and meat. Lobby has some art objects to see. Only pools works in a very inconvenient time (from 11am until 8pm) that does not make sense

The hotel is located in the city centre of Barcelona, close to the attraction, airport . The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. I will suggest to my friends and family members. I’ll come back again.

The staff here are fantastic. And the location is near perfect for us. Close to metro and tons of restaurants. The room was spacious and the bathroom was really nice. The only issue we had was the AC. Even on high the cold air was barely blowing and couldn't keep the room cool, especially if you opened the curtains to let any light in the room. We didn't mention it to the front desk, because it wasn't hot at all, just a little out of the comfort we're used to. We did tell the staff when we checked out, and they said that wasn't normal and were going to check out right away. Excellent service! We love visiting this city as we live in Valencia. We're going to stay here again for sure.

Beautiful hotel. Nice big fluffy towels, comfy bed. Breakfast was amazing. Location perfect for shopping, restaurants and the metro!
