They are the worst ever. Try to steal your deposit and say that you broke stuff. This is crazy and a SCAM! The house is already old and broken. They even say that we did not give the keys back, they where laying on the table as we spoke about. Stay AWAY from this company and found your self a better place in Barcelona with good company!!

IT'S A SCAM!! ES UNA ESTAFA!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We booked 4 days in Barcelona with Key Apartment and they never showed up at the door. We arrive at the flat at 17h, and tried to get the keys of the apartment, and finally at 22h they said "probably you will not be able to get the apartment". So we were left at the door with all the luggages, without a place where to sleep the night. First they said it was a *********** issue even if the reservation was made directly with them, then they said it was because we didn't fully pay in advance, while in the mail it was requested only 20% upfront. After complaning for days, I never got to speak with any manager, we just got the pre-paid money back. And they didn't even say "sorry". WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Buchen Sie diese Unterkunft nicht. Es ist ein reiner Betrug und eine reine Bruchbude. Wir haben ein Apartment für 9 Personen gebucht laut Fotos haben wir uns ziemlich auf unsere Reise gefreut, es hat alles super ausgeschaut. Dann bei ankommen war voll das Gegenteil und Schock für uns,wir haben es nicht glauben können. Erstens hatten wir keine Heizung, Türgriffe haben gefehlt,Schränke und Möbel in einem desolaten Zustand, nicht nutzbar,Fenster waren nicht dicht.egal was du angefasst hast war schon gefährlich mann hatte Angst das es auseinander geht.Lockere abgefallene Fliesen.Löcher in den Wänden,keine Saubarkeit vorhanden.1400euro hätten wir uns ein Hotel auch buchen können.

Appartement ne correspondant pas du tout au descriptif : - vaisselle insuffisante, - Volet cassé - Douille pendante - Vitre remplacée par du plexiglas - Plafond sdb écaillé - Clim non fonctionnelle - Pas d'isolation phonique - Poignée fenêtre cassée - Pied de lit cassé - Pas de couette fourni, il a fallu les réclamer le 2e jour, - fete avec de nombreux jeunes dans l'appartement sur le palier, empêchant de dormir - Etc... Malgré un signalement à Key Inn Barcelona, rien n'a été fait. Bien sur pas de dédommagement !!!!

La casa ampia, fresca, con split in ogni stanza, ideale per 9 persone. Molto spartana ed essenziale, le finestre vecchie non chiudono bene, nei bagni mancano basi di appoggio e ganci per gli asciugamani . Due camere e la cucina danno su un angusto e maleodorante cavedio interno (penso sia il ristorante malesiano sottostante che frigge fin dal primo mattino) La casa è gestita da agenzia immobiliare che ci ha obbligati tassativamente a firmare un contratto redatto da uno studio legale e al pagamento anticipato di un deposito cauzionale pari a 500 euro + la tassa di soggiorno, per la quale non abbiamo ancora la ricevuta. Pena la mancata ricezione del codice per entrare in casa. L'agenzia chiude alle 18 e se non arrivi entro quell'orario e non paghi in anticipo la cauzione ti lasciano fuori casa (già saldata per 4 notti entro i termini di booking). L'assistenza di booking ci aveva raccomandato di pagare solo all'arrivo, viste le frodi degli ultimi tempi, ma l'alternativa era dormire sotto un ponte. Infine 20 euro per lasciare due bagagli in custodia il giorno della partenza e solo fino alle 18 ovviamente.

Magnifique appartement très bien équipé. Idéalement situé à proximité des lieux à voir. Nous reviendrons certainement. Seul petit bémol, le lit était trop grand , j' ai perdu mon mari 😂.Un grand merci à l'équipe qui a été très réactive à nos demandes 🙏
