L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier sécurisé et calme mais pas loin du Corte Ingles donc à proximité des transports publics. Le centre-ville est à 10 minutes en voiture ou 20 minutes en transport public.

乾淨衞生態度好很安全體驗感非常不錯，下次和朋友還會再回來住的，十分滿意，位置也很好，很安靜，房間齊全

是個坑，兩天花了350歐，和海灘旁邊的酒店差不多了。説是四星級離市中心很遠還那麼貴還以為設施很好，結果裏面設施很差： 窗户是單層推拉窗，根本不怎麼隔音，而且面對很大的馬路。 牆面隔音離譜的極差，隔壁説話都能聽到！上下隔音也很糟糕，上面走路拉椅子的聲音一直在響。 賓館的門就是單層的木門，而且縫隙很大，走廊走路都能聽到完全不隔音，總是能聽到同層關門的聲音。 淋浴是在浴缸裏面的，並不是分離的。 雖然服務人員態度很好，總體來説設施和裝修完全不合格！

坐夜車到達巴塞隆拿，早上已到酒店打算暫存行李，酒店非常貼心能讓我提早check in上房休息 非常感謝！

Hotel was in a great location for our trip Rooms were lovely and beds were very comfortable. Very helpful staff. We didn’t have breakfast in hotel. This is our second stay here. And we will be back. Very close to Restaurants and Shopping. And Metro

Quiet hotel in a quiet area. Staff at the hotel courteous. Breakfast had plenty of options, the only downside is the English Breakfast Tea which in my opinion is lacking and unfortunately it is one of the things that I always look forward to. Hotel please invest. Otherwise I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The good: Very friendly and helpful staff. Really made us feel welcome! Breakfast was very nice indeed. Breakfast area is quite picturesque. Location is close to a metro stop and a shopping area, but on a quiet street. Rooms very clean. Staff does not speak much English (we think this is a plus!) but very patient and helpful. The not so good: The elevator was not working properly several times during our four day visit.

Good-sized rooms, comfortable beds, breakfast for all tastes, helpful staff, reasonable prices, in a quiet area a few minutes on foot from María Cristina (metro/tram/shops). Nice restaurants nearby. Very pleased to have found this hotel!

Good hotel with basic amenities and services. Good location to move around the city. The bed was comfortable and the room fulfills the needs of a business traveller. The housekeeping team always kept me room tidy and in order. The best interactions I had with the reception team who work hard and are always ready to assist you with a genuine smile.

The pillows were like hard balls even when I requested soft after arriving.. There was mold in the bathroom and no plug for the tub.I used plastic bag for plug. Some desk staff surly others polite and helpful. The elevator very noisy and you could hear the rooms next door.There was only a fan in my room no Air-con. the sheets rough and the blankets thin and old. After other Hotels we stayed in all 4-5* this was a huge disappointment. No Kleenex, no amenities to speak of. Breakfast only highlight. Very noisy drilling one morning.Finally the light in my bedroom above bed glowed all night.

Central air conditioning was turned off during my stay, was suggested by the manager Enrique to change the hotel, once this is usual at Atiram hotels to not have the air conditioning during autumn/winter time. After insisting a lot on the topic, they installed a noisy portable AC. This must be informed prior booking confirmation by the hotel and or websites.

Pretty standard tourist hotel, very pleasant staff and a good value breakfast Annoyingly, we booked and paid for a family room and were allocated a triple. When requested the room we had booked we were told the hotel was full and we couldn’t change. My follow-up email after our visit has not been answered either... Disappointing

The Hotel has a 4 star rating but is more like a 2 star. The elevator is very outdated and noisy. Bags need to be carried up stairs to elevator. I requested a room away from the elevator and was given 707 so heard heavy elevator door throughout my stay, Also some type of hammering etc was being done on Sunday. The pillows were hard latex foam. I requested soft pillows but was not accommodated. The bathroom amenities were poor quality. Regular tissues and lotion were not provided. The gentleman at the desk in the AM hours was gruff and was more interested in smoking outside. The bathroom had mold. I would not recommend .

Beautiful hotel near the diagonal boulevard. The entrance decoration is beautiful. The vibe of the area is quite special with a few bakeries and shops near by. Large and clean bedroom for 3 people - the bathroom would benefit from an update even though it was OK . The staff was very welcoming and was helpful throughout our stay - 5 stars personnel! I would definitively come back...
