The facilities are excellent, the environment is nice, and the staff are also very friendly and enthusiastic.

The hotel was basic. The mini was basic. The room was basic. The location was ideal. It’s just about hundred metres from the Metro and staff was friendly unkind and warm and welcoming. Nothing else to add to the conference of the hotel.

This hotel is very convenient, not far from some famous places, you can park your car safely not far from the hotel in a guarded parking. The breakfast is very good, a lot of good things are available and give everyone what they want to eat. Except for the noise isolation which is bot very good, other points are very satisfying. The staff is globally also very friendly and helpful. I recommend.

It’s a nice place, very relaxing. I ask if they can put some wine or something because its our anniversary but they didnt tell us anything about it if they have it or not. the girl in the spa looks like she doesn’t wanna have us there. She’s like tellng us that we’re not allow to enter because we didnt book a schedule but the spa is empty and its 9am. Hope they can focus more on customer service. All in all its a nice place.

The hotel was very good. very comfy with good atmosphere ..... staff were very polite and freindly ... its near to the tourist attraction and public transports ..

My first time staying in a 2 star room i side 4 star hotel. Room was literally no more then 2 star, did not have coffee or kettle or welcome water bottle, on requesting they gave us kettles but refused to give coffee sachets and cups or glass even to drink water because we BOOKED A STANDARD ROOM, yes a standard room in a 4 star hotel which was supposed to have basic standards of 4 star hotel. Well the staff was nice but we felt awful because of the way they said no to tiny things during our stay

The hotel is close to bus and metro stations! The staff were very nice and accommodating. The facilities were clean and well-kept. There are many small food places nearby for a bite or some small items.

The hot water pot need to get it from the front desk, it is a bit inconvenient, but it can assure that is clean. In general, it is a good choice.

The metro is within walking distance from the hotel and cvery well connected. Food was very decent.

We stayed at this hotel in Barcelona with the family. It is in a great location, close to many attractions and public transportation. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, with lots of food to choose from.

Stayed at a room for 3, a queen bed and a sofa bed. Room is a bit small for 3 people but still acceptable. The room and beds are comfortable. The breakfast is very nice and priced reasonable. Metro is within 3 minutes walk. Overall no negative issue.
