Good location near to Metro station,breaksfast got many choices & very helpful staff

Hotel is with good location. But that’s it!!! The service and amenities is no way as 4 star. You are in Spain, but room service finish at 9.30pm??? And can get ices. You need to buy them and they store for you!!! ??? Complimentary water only 2 small bottles on the first night arrival only. The attitude of the front desk staffs are the worst i encountered. Seem every time asking for somethings such as ices for more tea. They face and body language show a troublesome and efforts. I recommend you to spend money and stay somewhere else. Unless the hotel improves immediately.

Very convenient location - near to 2 metro stations and a few other bus stops. Incredible service - greeted and helped us with the luggage as soon as the uber arrived, even before we entered the hotel lobby. Pool was a little too small so I didn't use it, gym was small and the the maximum barbell was 10kg but the cable machine was really useful. No reservations required for the facilities so that's a plus.

Great hotel at Poble Sec - close to the bus stop from the airport and the Metro station with lots of eateries around. The staff is great and the breakfast spread is good too. highly recommend it. I forgot one of my pouches in the hotel and the staff made sure it reaches me, they were extremely empathetic and kind and went an extra mile to help me. Thank you for your kindness!

酒店價格實惠，房間配色Tiffany藍，簡潔明快。前台工作人員熱情，晚上會鎖門，有保安，門口有按鈕，感覺挺安全的。出行極其方便，離地鐵3號線poble sec站很近，還居然提供洗漱用品（牙刷牙膏液）、🪒、身體乳。大堂有個展示櫃，全是zippo打火機，哈嗲！

一開始因為房型原因，和我搞了很久，硬説我定的時候是兩大，但我給他看了訂單確定是兩大一小，價格也比定的另外一間雙人間高，不知道是攜程溝通原因還是什麼。房間裏一股煙味，窗簾不遮光，洗澡的龍頭有損壞，一打開水全噴到我臉上，把我嚇一跳。但是服務人員都很友善

酒店位置優越，靠近各景點且離機場不遠，打車才30歐。房間衞生很好，空間大小也合適，温度很舒適，空調噪音很小，早餐也不錯，房間隔音稍差一些，前台態度很好，

L'Hotel è a pochi metri dalla metropolitana L3 Poble Sec e alle fermate degli autobus. Piazza Espanya si può raggiungere a piedi e dalla sommità dell'Arenas, dove si trovano alcuni ristoranti, si può vedere la città dall'alto e fare acquisti nel centro commerciale. L'hotel offre una colazione ricca ed abbondante, dolci vari, salati e frutta. Abbiamo trovato una stanza in ordine e pulita. Personale gentile. Possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio in custodia lasciata la camera.
