Отель очень хороший. Все работники на стойке регистрации очень приветливые. В номере есть все удобства, чисто и уютно. Делали уборку каждый день, меняли полотенца. Расположение отеля очень хорошее, близко к центру и рядом есть все необходимые заведения.
Из минусов, у нас в номере была сломана дверь от шкафа, она просто не открывалась. Мы просили починить, сказали, что завтра починят, но не починили. Воду в комнату ставили только один раз. При бронировании было указано, что в комнате будет отопление, но его не было. Не было тапочек, а пол был очень холодным.

Absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms full of mould, filth and nothing like what you see on the pictures. They clearly don’t have a clue when it comes to hygiene by allowing the shower head to clog up with that much limescale the water struggles to come out. Hotel is falling apart round the communal areas with wallpaper falling off the walls and fire hoses falling out the walls. Director takes no responsibility for his hotel after emailing me explaining how our comfort and satisfaction is his utmost priority however won’t do a thing for you except out a cheap €5.00 bottle of wine in your room. Moved us rooms and all you could smell was pure sewage that made us sick most days in a hot room. Internet is rubbish, staff can’t make a decision and all in all I would strongly recommend you find a different hotel. Even the most basic hotels have a standardised cleaning routine that this place clearly missed.

We stayed for a week for our 25th wedding anniversary trip to Europe. The price of this hotel was what we needed as it is pretty pricey around Barcelona and really, we only need to sleep in our room…however…the room they gave us, appeared to be where all the broken and mismatched furniture goes to die. The cost was about $150 Canadian a night, so not expecting luxury…. bit I do expect clean and functioning. Soooo, the super not great points…the toilet was not attached to the floor. There was content on the shower walls left by the previous guest that was not cleaned during the entire duration of our stay, ewww. On our second day, upon returning to the room, we had no power. There were no lights, no air conditioning and the power slot for our room card was broken. When I went down to the lobby, the kid at the desk had no idea what was wrong, the power came back on about 40 minutes later with no explanation as to what was wrong. Everyday after this the power took about 20 minutes to kick in after arriving in our room. The wardrobe doors wouldn’t open unless you picked them up and moved them to the side. The tub did not drain. The chair for the desk was missing a leg and an arm. The housekeeping wasn’t great…a half effort at best. We visited the pool, the lady in charge of the towels came up and told us she was closing it 1/2 an hour early, and that we had to leave. Also , the towels were all dirty and piled on the bench, with no new ones available. Both nights we visited it. The buffet breakfast was lovely, and the staff themselves were very nice. However to even offer this room was a disappointment. There is no reason that a guest should be shoved into the small inadequate hovel of a room that we were placed in …and seeing other guests that paid the same, but had far superior experiences, I am sadly disappointed with my overall experience. Very good location in regards to the metro.

Albergo ben posizionato, vicino le fermate di metro e bus. Camere ordinate e pulite. Personale gentile e attento ai bisogni del cliente. Il giorno di Sant JORDI ci hanno omaggiato con rose e segnalibri come vuole la tradizione. Grazie a Toni, Peter, Kim,Robin,Giovanni,Robson e Princess

La posizione dell'hotel è comoda, ma mi spiace dover constatare la poca affabilità del personale che spesso non ricambiava il saluto che sempre abbiamo rivolto entrando ed uscendo. Il bagno necessita di una buona ristrutturazione in quanto la doccia che, oltre ad essere scomoda perché posta sulla vasca da bagno, si riempie di acqua a causa del difficoltoso deflusso ; Il bidet perde acqua dal tubo posteriore di scarico ed inoltre pur non essendoci una finestra, non vi è alcun sistema di aerazione! Ho segnalato il problema dell'aspiratore dell'aria nel bagno alla reception dove ogni giorno prendevano nota e solo dopo 4 giorni mi è stato riferito che in realtà non c'è alcun sistema di aspirazione in bagno. Mi sono proprio sentito preso in giro e le scuse che sono arrivate quando ho chiesto perché non me lo avevano detto subito, mi sono sembrate insufficienti a giustificare un simile comportamento. Infine ci sono stati forniti dei teli da doccia visibilmente consunti e bucati. Nel complesso la struttura ed i servizi non mi sembrano adeguati alla categoria dell'hotel.
