Cosmo Apartments Sants recensioner

We choose this accommodation, 2 rooms apartment because of the location which is very near to the Barcelona Sants station as we need to board early morning train. There is also metro station nearby. We arrive early in the morning before the check in time, we we allowed to left our luggage before check in and refreshed ourselves there.

4 mins walk from Train station, great location. Rooms are not as described and the room pictures are not as shown. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 people, as the booking details said including 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. However, we'd received a room that was missing 1 single bed, it ended up one of us needed to sleep in the living room on the sofa bed, which is not my initial idea when making this booking, we don't want to sleep in the living room!  As we talked to the receptionist, it was very disappointed that they were not able to make another arrangement for us!  Honestly, I would have booked the 3 bedroom apartment because we don't want to sleep in the living room or on a sofa bed. Due to the incorrect room pictures, booking information and inappropriate arrangements makes this an unsatisfied stay. 

Very bad service and the room smells really bad, although they change another room but the smell is also really bad. Strongly not recommend this hotel, they even ask you to pay more for the city tax. Absolutely ridiculous, and trip.com app can’t help us to cancel the booking. Very uncomfortable and irrational experience. 千萬不要住這間爛飯店，味道很臭 還有毒品的味道，原本在app上面顯示跟到了現場櫃檯的價格不一樣，他們會多要求200歐元的押金（他們沒有在平台上說會收費），然後跟你多收更多的城市稅。態度非常差 千萬不要來踩雷，當天晚上我們就離開去別的飯店了，但他們不退錢！

The location was perfect for my trip - very close to Barcelona Sants. I arrived just past midnight and receptionist was very welcoming and efficient. The room was modern, spacious and clean. I will definitely be booking again.

Nice and fancy room. Clean and furnished. Hope coffee capsules are available in the coffeemaker like in our air BnB in Milan 😁. Staff are great and cool. Recommendable 👍👍👍🫶🫶🫶

Close to the train station and not too far away from the city center. The service is nice but the WiFi is really weak

Hotel was super trendy looking but had just enough necessities which is great and we appreciate the 24/7 staff in the lobby.

明亮簡約的設計，很寬敞。淋浴🚿水很大，乾濕分離。類似公寓的配備，有大冰箱、微波爐和電磁爐。提供非常簡單的一次性牙膏牙刷。大陽台是驚喜，下午可以坐陽台喝咖啡看街景。歐洲住店期間基本不提供房間打掃，不換浴巾，這點需要適應。離火車站步行大約5-7分鐘，出門右轉下樓梯就有餐廳，味道價格都合適。步行至熱鬧的市中心也衹在15-30分鐘之內。

鄰近火車站及西班牙廣場，周邊小酒館很接地氣，櫃臺服務親切，套房式公寓內部寬敞舒適，物有所值，內部裝修及備品稍差，但地點方便。

地理位置一流，離火車站步行距離，酒店打車也很方便 房間的最大問題是窗簾，他沒辦法完全遮蔽窗戶，而且都是有很多破洞的 還有一問題是要自己清理垃圾，要把垃圾拿到大街上丟掉

凌晨抵達機場、選擇了這個公寓做為最快的落腳點， 廚房設備一應俱全即可還能為長者小孩煮上一頓美味的宵夜，更令人驚喜的是巴塞的火車站就在附近、 可以通往各個城市， 公寓附近也非常多的小店和餐廳。 簡直是完美。 下次過來一定會再選擇
