Do not stay here if you want a clean gym, a pool with regular hours, or privacy in your room. The one night stay started out really well, until I found out the pool is only open from 10:00-16:00 every day. I had explicitly stayed at this hotel to use the pool but the pool hours coincided with the peak UV hours of the day. When I tried to go to the gym I found that the gym had no towels or cleaning clothes to wipe down the machines. When I went to the front desk the man working there was extremely rude and his behavior made me extremely uncomfortable. He came around the counter to get closer to me while we were talking so I quickly dropped this issue and went away from him. Luckily I had alcohol wipes in my bag and cleaned the gym weights myself before and after using them. Lastly when coming out of the shower two hours before check out a woman entered my room. There is a mirror opposite the shower door so to top off this awful experience, the cleaning staff saw me. naked.

We arrived and the receptionist was friendly and pay attention to our request fast.👍🏽 I will definitely visit next time

Beautiful, clean, tidy, can’t go wrong. Staff are brilliant as well. Rooms are nice definitely stay there again.

We had a good stay at Alexandre Fira Congress Hotel. The room was clean, and everything listed in the booking was provided. Perfect service team. The only downside was that we couldn't access the rooftop pool because the elevator button for that floor didn't work. It wasn't a big issue for us since we were out most of the day and mostly came back really late at night, but it would have been nice to use during the hot days in late June. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

This hotel completely failed at even the most basic standards. I arrived at a room with no bedding and no hand soap, and both night‑shift staff members were unprofessional and unhelpful.The first staff member (male) reacted with a confused expression and asked why I didn’t already have bedding or soap, then promised delivery in 10–15 minutes. Nothing arrived. He ignored my follow‑up call and gave excuses about someone being ‘busy in other rooms.’ The second staff member (female) told me they ‘don’t provide duvets in summer’ and that hand soap ‘can’t be given at night because it’s housekeeping.’ These excuses are unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming four‑star standards.If a hotel cannot provide basic bedding or basic hygiene items, and the staff cannot provide basic professionalism, then it should not be operating at this rating. I do not recommend staying here.

The location is a bit far away from city centre, you will have to travel for 30 minutes to city centre. Not much amenities has been provided inside the room, no pen, no spoon, no slippers, no hair conditioner, no face tissue. Bad check-in time, we arrived at 3:30pm, we still have to wait until 4:10pm for the room. And the most worst is the fire alarm false alarm at 6:00am, and it not just 1 time, it happened for 4-5 times through that night. No one explained what is happening and receive nothing from the hotel.

The hotel is good itself but some mossing things I had complaints about but i understand where they are coming from plus one more thing I did not like no water at all just Z small bottles

To you on Monday or Wednesday or Friday at least for the next day to day or so I am looking
