Very Disappointing Stay - Not a 4-Star Hotel I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet the standards of a 4-star establishment. Based on my experience, it felt more like a 2-star or 3-star hotel at best. Here are my specific complaints: Reception: When I arrived at 1am, the reception was completely unmanned. There was no staff available, and I had to check myself in, which is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 4-star. Even throughout my entire stay, I never saw any staff at the reception, which made me feel like I was staying at a much lower-tier establishment. Amenities: The room was severely lacking in basic amenities. There was no mini-bar, not even complimentary drinking water. To make matters worse, there were no toiletries provided—not even soap, a toothbrush, or any of the essentials you’d expect. Additionally, I was not provided with a bathrobe or slippers, which are standard in 4-star hotels. To top it off, the room had cheap plastic cups instead of proper glass ones, which only added to the overall feeling of a budget hotel. Internet: The internet connection was unreliable and kept disconnecting throughout my stay, making it difficult to work or relax online. Overall: I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a genuine 4-star experience.

Very close to metro station. The room is clean and big. Smart TV is provided that you can watch netflix. Very nice stay in Barcelona and deserve another booking when we visit this city again.

Easy check-in. I love how it was all digital. Location was close to the metro which made it easy to get to the Sagrada Familia. It's a bit further out from a lot of the main attractions but with two metro stops nearby it was easy to navigate too. There were cute little coffee shops nearby too as well. Looked to be a safe neighborhood.

The location is very convenient, 5 minutes by walk from metro station Navas, which goes directly to the city center (around 10 minutes) Residental neighborhood, quiet and safe building with a coin laundry next door and a snack vending machine Rooms well equipped with amenities (soap, shampoo and shower gel, hair dryer), working space with an outlet, a nice touch with a coffee machine (coffee and tea provided) and a goodies gift 😊 Clean and modern hallways, spotless clean room with a nice balcony overlooking the courtyard, lots of common spaces for coworking indoor and outdoor A 24/7 small convenience store nearby Great for both short and long term stay, it has everything you need

Отличный отель для остановки на недолгий срок в Барселоне, мне очень нравится местоположение, это уже спальный район, где тихо и чисто, но есть достаточно кафе и ресторанов, метро рядом, до центра ехать несколько станций! Также в номере всегда чисто, уютно и хорошо, есть практически все необходимое, фен, душевые принадлежности, кофемашина, чайник, чай и кофе, маленький холодильник, одноразовые стаканчики, достаточное количество полотенец, даже есть утюг и гладильная доска! Очень бы хотелось еще штопор в номер))) Также очень приятная общая зона со столами и стульями, где можно перекусить, но хотелось бы там какую-то минимальную посуду и микроволновку, это было бы гораздо удобнее! Заселение в отель полностью удаленное по кодам, которые присылают в момент готовности номера, тоже было бы удобнее, если общий код от двери присылали пораньше, чтобы готовности номера можно было подождать за столом на первом этаже, а не на улице под дверью или в кафе ближайшем. В целом я рекомендую этот отель, я уже 3 раза в нем останавливалась и очень довольна!

離地鐵近，但是去主要景點都需要通過公交。 位於居民區，背街小巷，周邊非旅遊區，還是比較蕭條的，過早過晚出行還是要注意安全。 房間隔音不好，能聽到其他房間用水的聲音。 無前台、工作人員服務，郵件聯繫，回覆很及時。入住按照指示一步一步來，算作順利，對語言溝通能力要求高。 但因為沒有工作人員，凌晨5點多突然警報聲刺耳，不知道是什麼原因，不知道是火警、匪警還是地震什麼的，完全靠自己判斷、也沒人敢出門。一直無人處理，直到6點多警報自己終止。非常糟糕、可怕的經歷，幸好無事兒。後續也沒有收到郵件解釋此事件。 不能寄存行李，説是有合作的寄存點，需要收費，有一些折扣，但費用不詳。不能寄存行李還是非常不便的。 沒有早餐可以定，周邊飯店寥寥無幾。 總之，居住體驗不好，下次不會再住了。 優點是房間較新，空間大，公共空間也寬敞。

房間帶陽台，還挺大的，比較乾淨，住的很舒適，自助辦理入住沒有前台。

酒店沒有前台，需提前聯繫酒店付款税費才能獲得入酒店和房間的密碼。入住手續必須通過郵件按照指示自己錄入。另外酒店無法寄存行李，提供了巴塞市區自助寄存的服務點，需要額外付款費用。除此之外，其它都非常滿意。房間很大，一樓的院子超級大，離地鐵站不是很遠，旁邊還有個大型超市。

自助check-in有點麻煩，幸好門口有free WiFi，做入住登記網絡會穩好多。建議直接用WhatsApp 同商家聯繫會快一點取得門口密碼⋯
